Great place to bring the kids. The food was good and the beer on draft was good too. Nice little surprise for the adults.
It was like a ghost town.......the staff was not friendly at all , very wierd and just like almost trying to avoid us ......they were playing games and just kinda joking around which is fine .....I mean hell what else did they have 2 do ?but through ot all u could at least be polite considering u guys are the only other people in there with customers !?
We had a great time. We went during a slow time, no kids were there. They have much better games than Mn.
Super fun cute little place my 3 year old adored it and had a blast i will definitely be coming back and recommending here! I just wish the hostess girl wouldve explained the points and minutes better i didnt really understand what she was saying, overall great place and all the staff was Very welcoming and friendly!
Purchase plastic novelty cups as a part of our meal for our drinks. They were cracked and leaking while we were walking to our table. The pizza burnt and the tables filthy. We wiped up a table ourselves just to get a seat. Overall not a good experience. Very disappointed. Service was on par with the rest of our experience.
Was way cleaner than I imagined it was going to be. Idk I guess chuck just have itself a bad rep for past couple decades. Definitely a lot nicer. Staff was very friendly and nice.
Was my little guy's (13 months) 1st time visiting Chuck E. Cheese's and he loved it!! Met with some friends who brought their 2 year old & we ALL had a great time!! The whole place was super-clean & the staff was awesome!!! He even gave Chuck E. a high five when he made his appearance!! We will definitely be back for more family fun!!
This place is terrible & not worth the money. I threw my son's birthday party here, years ago. They got our party mixed up with someone else b/c they didn't separate parties by last name. We had to stand around for 30 min & received no refund for the time missed on our slot. We also had add on's that I had to force them to provide, as we paid extra for them. They even pulled a half deflated balloon from another table & presented it to us for one of our add on's. We were also rushed out when our time was done, eventhough we were delayed because of their error. I complained to management about the service & they promised to provide restitution but never did. My son had fun but that was the first & last party I threw at trashy-cheese. The quality of that franchise has severely declined.
Terrible. We took our 4-year niece and it was so lame, not like what you remember. Pizza, downhill. Tastes like Casey's General Store. I got yelled at once for not wearing my mask, only to order food, mind you the mandate was being lifted the next day. I talked to the same person multiple times and did not get a speaking to the other times. Most of the games and rides were broken. LAME!
Went for sensory Sunday. Staff was friendly. All the games worked. Basically had the place to.our selfs. My son and his friends had a great time. We I'll be back
