I've been to different Chipotles and this one was nice. Of course this can change over time with different staff but my portions were spot on and food wasn't dry.

This looks like soup… I work out in crystal lake this is the worst experience of chipotle I have ever had specially with an online order. I asked for extra rice and there’s barely a scoop currently in this bowl I asked for extra beans there are none in this bowl. There’s is less than a scoop of chicken. So what I am assuming happen was my bowl had the ends bits of the tin tubs of food they serve. I didn’t order during a busy time either. I am not going to back to this location during my lunch again and have my time wasted.
This Chipotle is consistently fantastic. App is easy to use for pickup, food is almost always 5 stars and staff if generally friendly.I didn't used to be a chipotle fan, in general, but this location has changed my opinion.
No complaints about the food whatsoever, but it's absolutely RIDICULOUS that when you call the restaurant it's an automated message and you can't speak to the restaurant!? I just wanted to ask for extra cheese since you can't specify on doordash and I couldn't even speak to a PERSON. Make us able to make specifications in the app or have real people answer the PHONE.
The man you helped me, Enrique was his name, was so rude to me and my friend when we went. His attitude was sour and he didn’t wash his hands before coming help us from the kitchen. He was unsanitary and unprofessional
I just went to this Chipotle and I don't recommend this establishment after 9pm because they close at 10pm and the place is a mess!!! I had to choose a meat I really didn't care for because I was hungry. The service was ok but the work areas all looked messy!!! My one star is for those reasons... Don't come in close to closing time... Quality of food is horrible. I will be calling upper management on Monday since tonight is Saturday. I took pictures of the mess however, I can't seem to attach them. I hope this place gets better. It should be clean no matter what time of the day!!!
This Chipotle location is solid. We started coming here after our go-to location (Deer Park) took a quality nose-dive.This location has consistently delivered our food (mobile order and in person) in a timely manner and accurately.Customer service is also great. Keep doing what you’re doing guys. Thank you!
Went in today and the guac was super chunky, onions were cut too large, and it was oversalted. I used to work at a restaurateur Chipotle so I know what the guac should be like. Everything else was fine.
Half staff wore their masks below noses, quarter staff wore them below chin, quarter staff wore correctly ?♂️ As I stood waiting for my pickup order I saw 6 people come through the counter with a "chin mask" or no mask at all and they made their food without saying a thing. "Masks Required" sign at the door is meaningless if not at all enforced. Guess I'll drive to Algonquin or McHenry next time.
