Cori was the BEST waitress we have ever had!!!!! We were so impressed by her service, and the food was great as well ☺️
Went there last night and our server I forgot her name long black hair was so nice and funny. I hate going to chilis in Algonquin there service absolutely sucks but crystal lake you know how to do it. Good for you !
Ask for the free cjips and salsa, you need to sign up and the bring them for free
Truly the worse experience anytime I get the waitress Marissa. She tries to rush everything and acts like everything is an inconvenience. I have gotten this woman several times with several different people as my guest, and each person who has been with me has thought the same thing. The most recent time was today. My cousin and I were out to eat and apparently she ordered her food wrong since she didn’t specifically start by saying she wanted the 3 for $10 (even though she was pointing at). The waitress made it such a big deal and I seriously thought my cousin was going to cry because how rude she was. Will never accept being seated with her again.
So many dirty tables and the bathroom was unacceptable. Food was decent. Service was fair. We won't be back anytime soon despite all the coupons they're always throwing at me.
Our waitress was the sweetest!!! I wish I got her name. Food was to die for as well. We always love coming to Chili's.
Went out to a Chili's about 7 years ago and I was absolutely astonished with this visit. Everything came out hot and fresh!!Starting with the Triple Dipper, I chose the Fried Pickles as I did before; along with Mozzarella Bites and Honey-Chipotle crispers. All were great with the sauces.As for the main course, The Secret Sauce Burger was the best burger I've had in a millennia. Caramelized onions, perfectly cooked pattie, and that tangy secret sauce. Fries were seasoned and crispy.Overall, Chili's won me over....

Our server was awesome!!!!!!! She was really nice!Very attentive and you could tell that she was happy and enjoying what she was doing. Ireally enjoyed the mushroom swiss burger. I don’t really eat burgers but this one was good especially the combination with mushrooms. I love mushrooms!!!
We came in around 5:00 on a Saturday.. The establishment was quite busy, however we were greeted quickly and seated immediately in the bar. My wife and I ordered their margarita of the month (Grand romance rita) and were both happy with our choice. She had the sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and I had the ribeye with the same sides. Both were exceptional in taste and cooked perfectly. We ended up having a few more margaritas before we left and we're both quite satisfied with our visit.
