I have oy been ther 2 maybe 3 times, I would like to say it was great. I'm not sure of it was that I was so hungry, or that it was an awesome sandwich. But I liked it
Good quality, but I just moved out to crystal lake and began frequenting this particular chick fil a. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed every time. Every single time I come to this location, one thing is always missed. If it’s not giving us any sauce at all, no crackers for soup despite asking for extra, cheese when we say no cheese, just small things. I guess I get frustrated because I’ve never experienced such inconsistency at this restaurant as I have at this location.
First time here. Chicken was very tasty! They're a bit pricey so if you're looking for rival fast food prices, be prepared. Still so yummy!
Extremely poor customer service. Seems like they pick and choose when they want to say “my pleasure” and “have a good day”. Food is great but it’s hard to enjoy it when you hand me a bag of food and just stare at me until i drive way.
Very expensive for inconsistency in food quality and quantity. Nuggets range from the size of a penny to a golf ball. Very polite staff. Side note, employee cleanliness is VERY important to me. Last visit guy had dandruff or something coated on him like snow. Left without ordering. Very off putting.
So good. The best chicken sandwich on the market. The burgers were good and the chicken tasted fresh.The chicken nuggets was amazing.The staffs are friendly and helpful even though it was busy.The sauces are really good. It was my favourite out of all the chains I’ve tried so far. Highly recommended!
I’m so sad I didn’t catch the employees name (girl, long brown hair, glasses, 17-23) she was absolutely phenomenal!! I had 4 boy I was babysitting with me and she saw how overwhelmed I was and made sure I had everything I needed plus more!! She even brought my pickup order I was supposed to grab out to my car. ALL WITHOUT ASKING ? Truly I was on the verge of crying and she made my day. I appreciate it, meant so much to me!! Not surprised in the least though I love the service here every time I come in.
This is the best fast food restaurant that I have ever had. I am really happy they have Gluten Free offerings and that the fries use a separate fryer. A bonus is that for breakfast, their sausage, egg and hash browns bowl is all Gluten Free as well.
Chicken Sandwich is good, fresh & hot. I was expecting the menu to have chicken ?, it's mainly sandwiches. I guess I just expected more options, seeing how the specialty is chicken. Still good, but needs menu expansion.
Melissa is so sweet. She took our order at the front counter. She was fast efficient and delightful to talk to. She is a real asset to Chick-fil-A. ❤️
