It was good. We went right before it got busy. Got slammed while we were in there. Not enough waitresses per section. Received our bill and waited quite some time while the waitress was chatting with another one to pay. Food was good and mostly quickly received.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated, no one in the place, wanted a low table , was told I had to sit in bar area, 10 minutes later girl seats party of 2 in dining area.Not the BWW I am used.
Order came out faster than we thought. The lady who served our table, Molly, was polite and nice. Food was good enough. Overall experience was better than what we read on reviews. Restroom was clean and had clean diaper changing area.Floor could have been more clean but it is a chicken place so.
BWW is like all the other BBW's. Food fast and good. Got a coupon as a club member for 10 bucks off so lunch cost me $6.47. Not a bad deal.
We always have a great experience at this location. The team is really kind and always has the best customer service. They are very consious when handling allergies, and they work well with large orders. We really only come here for large family events and they always go above and beyond to make our experience great.
Wings were terribly over cooked, tiny chicken nugget like things with WAY too much breading. They crunched so hard in my mouth I thought I would break a tooth. The sauces are ok, and what saves the raring a little is the staff. The people that work here are quick, professional, and polite. Its not their fault the food being ordered from the supplier is frozen chicken remnants from some other restaurants. So, because of the staff, I give it better than I would have if I just rated based on the food quality.Given the choice, I wouldn't eat here again until they improved the quality of their wings.
We usually are missing something from our order each time. Food is good. But we never get everything we ordered. This time it was the fries.. and staff initialed that they checked the order. It just gets tiring and we aren’t going to go back out to get our fries. Not worth the headache at that point. Just please be more mindful.
I don't know what was up with this location, but I've never experienced such slow service. The waitress was very sweet, but our drinks and food took a long time to come out. The food was okay, but overpriced.
First experience at a Buffalo wild wings and it definitely was not good. I placed my order the girl said it would take at least 15 minutes so I stayed at the bar and ordered a drink. Got the drink and realized I had left my phone in the car so I tried to south tell somebody I was going out to my car there wasn’t a soul to be found anywhere in the restaurant. Could’ve robbed it and no one would’ve ever known. Second I asked the bartender if he could possibly put one of the TVs and something else and he told me no they couldn’t do that. I was the only person in the restaurant and I am not into sports. That will be my last experience with Buffalo wild wings .
