I was in Crystal lake yesterday and I had to stop and get my Arby's I couldn't help it sometimes you get cravings for certain foods and that's one of them too bad there's not more locations but we got to bear with it but otherwise the food was good the people were courteous and a very clean store that's all that matters y'all have a good day

The place is clean and the staff was impressive. After our order customer after customer came in with huge orders but they never seemed to fall behind. Great composure and friendly service.The beef and cheddar is a classic always amazing. Wings had a nice kick that paired well with ranch. Huge menu with lots of options including new Wagyu burgers that I look forward to trying. Always look for the 2 for 6$ sandwiches for a great deal
Sandwiches were puny and buns fell apart! A drink was spilt and the manager got ticked off, she proceeded to slam things in the back. Then the young kid came out with a mop and seemed clueless as what to do. Not sure I will be back.

I’m an Uber eats driver.. this is my least favorite place to pick up food. Very impolite, horrible communication skills, horrible bagging of food, will shut the window on you when your speaking and stand with their backs to you. Zero manors returned when you tell them thank you or to have a great day. After three horrible interactions I can no longer pick up food or our purchase from this establishment.
Not bad. Food is pretty good. Staff shortages seem to be an issue here. Also the drive through is in a bad spotZ I always feel like I have to yell over cars when I go there.

This location was not busy. There was 2 cars in the drive thru and my sister and I went inside. There was 1 person working the drive thru, 1 person taking orders in the lobby, and 2 people in the back working. I feel like it should have been a fast experience. But it was anything but that. The cashier was slow and just was not paying attention to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself multiple times. And took a total of 3 minutes to take my order which was just a meal with a large drink, and a kids meal with an apple juice. I was finally done ordering and paying at 3:22 PM and it took 23 minutes to get my food that was simply way too long.
