horrible place to order from.... they have the worst service ever it took 2 and half hours to deliver a pizza they need to hire better management.... guy told me I needed to wait 15 more minutes till he could actually do something..
They have the worse service. My sister in law and brother made a order online at 7:49pm and it said it will be delivered at 8:19pm. My sister in law call and they didn't wanna help her because she didn't talk English. So she call me and ask me to call so I did I spoke to the manager. He told me sorry it's been a crazy day because of the weather we ran out we need to make some more. But then again he look at my order and said oh your order should be out and deliever I told him
We waited 10 minutes just to see a hostess, waited like 5 more minutes to get sat. She took our order and just never came back with our drinks. Waitress walked pasted us 3 times, still no drinks, wasn't till she brought the appetizer that she noticed we didn't have drinks. Appetizers were burnt. THEN while trying to pay, waitress dropped off the check and never came back. So we walk up to the front to find no one there and just a crowd of people waiting for 10 minutes for service! Just ridiculous. Im a server too so I try to sympathize but why must we wait soooo long for drinks, service or to cash out?! Plus that dang phone rang nonstop while we were there! I love pizza hut but this location is p****
Don't get the flat bread pizza. It's like eating a big cracker with pizza toppings. Hardly any cheese. :(.
