I'm done with this Wendy's. Once they forgot to make a mobile order I placed. Their hours online say open till 1, but 2 times I showed up around midnight and they say they're closed. I pull up to their drive through today for breakfast. There was one car ahead of me. I ordered 3 breakfast combos and literally waited 15 minutes. I had to pull back around and ask what was going on because there wasn't a line. Poor management because I didn't even get an apology

The Biggie combo meal was good except one item my burger was cold and dry it's the 2nd time this happened won't be going there no more.

Bad customer service. Dine-in during lunch time and the table was dirty. I asked the girl if I could get some napkins to clean the table and the girl gave them to me with attitude. I'm not sure how the staff feels about their job but to treat customers rudely is not professional. They made us wait 30min for our order which was 2 meals. The only customers in their were me and my friend. They didn't even have a line in the drive-thru.Never going again to this Wendy's. Corporate should be aware of how their staff are treating people.

Everytime i come to this location around night time & im talking about 9pm-10pm the "system is down" both times didnt even bother to apologize. So interesting how its always around that time that the system shuts down. right. worst location!

Manager/Supervisor horrible she’s in her late 40/ early 50’s, Indian accent, black hair , short. I added my coupon that was on my app for a free large fry since I spent over $10. When I got to the window before I paid Nicholas (young guy) stated he can add the offer he scanned my coupon and said okay the price is the same I took care of it for you and you can get it at the next window. Well apparently the lady at the next window didn’t want to give me a FREE large fry and stated I needed to go around . I’m sorry come again ? Yes come around because she would rather waste my time and hers for 5 mins, rather than give me the large fry. People like her shouldn’t be in customer service , like you would rather go back and fourth with me for 5 mins versus going to your fry stand and giving me the large fry. Maybe she was having a a bad day I definitely wasn’t. But I’ll tell you this I left very upset. She was definitelyA managed or supervisor had a different uniform on from the others like a navy or black long sleeve sweater.

I was in on 4/24 Sun after 10pm, The order taking was horrible, I requested tomatoes on both sandwiches, did not get it, I requested lite ice on both drinks, I got heavy ice, I requested a few extra napkins bc I was going to eat in my car, I received 2 & luckily I did that bc my bag had no napkins, sloppy all around, they need to pay attention to what they are doing, Normally this location provides fast friendly accurate service, I hope the bad service does not continue

Someone needs to talk to this young Latina in the drive thru, if you don’t want to work there, please do yourself a favor and quit, she gives me my order with am attitude, I guess her name is Bianca, it’s what the receipt says, Wendys, I really hope you do something, this is the worst guest experience, not even at Popeyes you get treated like this.

My only problem with Wendy's is that I do not like cheese on my salads other than that they are an excellent place to eat lunch On my last review I mixed my Wendy's up This Wendy's want to Cicero Avenue Gave me the worst salad and the worst service that I have forgotten in my little life from anywhere the salad looked like Someone pick it up off the floors and put it on a plate ?

The Mexican manager feels she can discriminate against people that are disabled and have speech impediments. This is the older one who is the actual store manager who is discriminating. This is why we uneducated build careers in food service and meanial jobs

Made an order on uber eats but when my driver went to go pick up my order, the restaurant had already given my order to another person. I tried to speak with the manager but no one wanted to speak to me. They are all so incompetent. Worst service ever.
