Yummy....Always fresh hot and delicious not to mention the variety a bit on the pricier side but well worth it
I bought 6 tamales on 02/13/2022 around 12pm. CERMAK LOCATION . as I was eating my tamal I saw a cockroach on the piece I was about to eat. My stomach quickly turned upside down, and i went back to get my money , around $12. I informed the lady at the register , a younger lady maybe in her 30s brown hair , tan skin . Medium size built . She QUICKLY gave me attitude and said she was only giving me my money from that one tamal with the roach . I told her no I needed all my money back , she kept on trying to argue with me, at the end she gave me $10 back only, because one tamal my husband was eating was less than half eaten. She handled it in a very non professional way. Very rude , and disrespectful. NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE . Here are some pictures.
Called ahead to make sure I could come in and make an order for an event i had going on next weekend, lady on the phone says yes. I get there, door is open, everything is on and they tell me they cant take my order because they’re closed. I remind the lady that I had JUST gotten off the phone with her and she said “well I can’t we’re closed even if the door is open” Mind you this happened like 5minutes after the phone call, i live close to this place.
Good tamales only problem is that they only accept cash
I went in right when they were opening, as soon as the lights turned on. You literally saw cockroaches!!!!! I was so sicken, I almost vomited ? & ran out!!! Noppppeeee!!!! No thank you!!!!!
