This was the first subway that I have been to that didn't have weekly promotions. Or daily deals. There soda machine could not make ice. I had just bought some water some where else. Good I did.
Wouldn’t doubt this place is racist. The guy behind the counter placed aside two Uber eats orders he was preparing to take the orders of two different parties before my friend and I. As soon as he looked up to see who was next, me and my friend stepped up and he immediately turned away and got back to the Uber orders. We are two Black women and the only Black people there, for context. He completely ignored us for 8-10 minutes, even going to the back at one point finding busy work to ignore us. There were only 2 Uber eats orders to fill which wouldn’t take long so he reread the receipts and pretended we weren’t there. Soon as a customer came in behind us, he looked up to take their orders. So I said “Excuse me, can I have a personal pizza” to which he immediately stated “Don’t have any” without offering any substitutions or saying another word. My friend and I laughed bewildered at the whole interaction then turned to leave. Soon as he saw we were walking out he began taking the next people’s orders.
Worst subway in the Chicagoland area by far. Always messing up orders and now if I place a mobile order I have to show a form of ID to pick up a $6 sandwich?? You’re better off driving an extra 5 minutes to go to a different subway.
Place was close 45 minutes before closing time . Employee just looks at me at shakes his head no .
It says they closed at 11 pm. But they be closing early ar 10:25 pm . the staff should respect the schedules. To not be wasting peoples time
ugliest messiest sandwich, toppings were basically just shoved and rolled in the paper as the manager stood by watching doing nothing, lady didn’t wear mask ??

When ordering a wrap its suppose to be same meat as a footlong. But not at this location for a turkey bacon guacamole you only get 3 slices of turkey 1 bacon strip and 1 slice of cheese. Even asking the worker about why its so little they get mad never coming again
Its your standard subway. What separates a really good franchise from each other is the staff. The staff are always very professional at this location.
