It was great because public bathroom non-existent in downtown Chicago. I used their bathroom and bought a water for walking in downtown.

Today I ordered hot chocolate with syrup.I received hot milk with syrup, no chocolate.Same situation with matcha latte a few times before, thank you guys for wasting my money

me and my boyfriend go into the Starbucks drive through all the time and this is the first time going to get drinks from this one. terrible experience!! Took 15 minutes to take my order. my expressos didn’t taste strong like how I ordered it. And my kiwi refresher was brown lol

My first experience of enjoying a Starbucks drink was not a good one. First of all, the establishment didn’t even have the strawberry base to make my strawberry drink and instead of offering to improvise and just use whatever they have like real strawberries, they just gave me the coffee with the decorations on top! That defeated the entire purpose of buying a specific strawberry drink if you don’t have the proper supplies. I won’t go to this location again. I was disappointed in my first experience that my 12 year old twin daughter had been begging me for years to have! I want what I want when I order something! Not what you want to give me! Who’s drinking the beverage? Me or the establishment? Keep your store fully stocked with the strawberry base for drinks and other required supplies people. Don’t you hate when these businesses never have what you want and what’s needed?DO BETTER PLEASE! THANK YOU!
Ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açaí. That’s it. No special requests or anything. They gave me the drink with absolutely no ice in it at all. I shouldn’t have to ask for ice. If anything I should be asking for less ice, or no ice, but not just ice in general. Will never go back
