The food is delicious. Their home made tortillas tacos got smaller ? but are pretty good.

My 91 year old Mama had a taste for enchiladas so we took a drive to the southwest side from the northwest side of Chicago. I found this place on Google and went there after reading the reviews that were all pretty good. Now mind you my Mama was an excellent cook back in her day she cooked everything from scratch and every dish was delicious so she knows good food when she tastes it. Well she called me today and told me she did not like the enchiladas from this restaurant, she said they were not flavorful at all and hardly had sauce that they were dry. She was not pleased and very disappointed.
Great authentic Mexican food, always great service, and you can dine in/ carry out. The staff are friendly and helpful. As soon as I walk in the door the first thing they ask is if I have been attended.
I've been going here for over 20 years and it's the best place around! Their orchata is my favorite. Everything's great actually so can't pick something out I wouldn't recommend.
I ordered pancakes and they came back with a random dish ? the food still good tho
