Best beef EVER!!! So delicious! I've loved this place for years! I hadn't been there in a while though, it looks great in there! I'm happy the flavors haven't changed!My husband liked the pizza too!
Great sandwich, wife had pizza she liked. It's greasy old school food but has great flavor. Service was quick especially for as busy as they were.Seating area looked renovated, has a gaming area in the back.
This place has had a tremendous facelift although it does not speak volumes about the delicious food they have here. All the food is fantastic from the Italian beef sandwiches the large lizza slices and the different flavors of Italian Ice and while enjoying the dining. A very nice environment to just have some comfort food while playing the slots!
The combo sandwich and beef sandwich that we ordered were great. The inside was clean and orderly. I would have given Scatchell's 5 stars but they forgot our order of fries. Other than that it was fantastic.
We aren't far but had delivery from them. Great Italian beef sandwich, fries, lemon ice. It was a nice meal. Good Gardiner too. I know I'll order again from here.
I ordered 3 pizza slices plus order of fries they charged me for 4slices plus the fries ( I did get the 4th pizza). I later saw the price of a small pizza was I think 12.99 and I paid grand total of a little over $20 ! The cashier could have recommended me the small pizza I didnt mind waiting for it. The pizza wasent even good I had better the pizza even little ceasers is better.
Newly renovated interior and exterior. Fast and friendly service. Beef was top notch!
When in Chicago this is a must for the best Italian beef sandwich. Sometimes the employees are something else but beef is delicious!!!
Great food but their not great on conveying Holiday hours ☹️ Screwed my entire Holiday party. I called the day before to order pounds of beef and sausage. Young lady told me they opened at 7am, no need to order, just come in. Got there at 2:45pm... not late so I thought... they closed at 2pm ??. They were still in the restaurant, I called to let them know the situation, but they were unable to accommodate me... oh well. Went and spent $82 on 4 beefs and 4 combos down the street... smh
Absolutely terrible customer service!! Rude managers and cashiers!! Piss poor professionalism!!
