Was freezing in there staff it ok I guess. But they make you pay before you get to sit down pops not included with anything so that extra.

I place an order online and it took over an hour and 15minutes to receive my order how can this be possible when I live like 8 minutes away from this place, they send me a message saying that my order was on the way and ended up taking over 50 minutes to get it.very poor customer satisfaction.

So a few weeks ago a pizza was delivered and looked like it had been dropped while in transport. It did not look presentable and was only partially eatable because it was folded over. I called the store and the manager said they will issue a credit on my next purchase because I paid cash. I called yesterday to order and redeem the credit but nothing was found and no credit was issued. I will not eat any pizza hut again. I immediately ordered Dominos.
