I am a local customer and love this location. Personally the soda coke is A1 from this particular restaurant. The service is amazing and would love to award a shout out to my girl Celine. She is gorgeous and amazing. Never had any problems with my orders and pizza is fire. She is an amazing example of what amazing customer service means. She always has a smile on her face and gives the place such a welcoming environment! Will be back soon as usual !
I love Paisans I have been coming here since I was a kid, overall the food is great, service can always be a hit or miss. Today I order 4 slices of pizza and got it fairly quick!
The pizza was ok back then the year 1998 I use to love the pizza but now is just taste so different. And the whole pizza is just to small for a lot of money .But they have polite employees there .But the rest of the food is delicious.God keep blessing everyone

Been a customer for over 20 years and never complain. Great food, good service and friendly delivery people! Today I have everything for super bowl! Pizza, wings and BBQ ribs for the whole family. Keep up the good work paisans.
First it was a 45-60 min delivery time due to it being Super Bowl Sunday… called after 60 mins to check on the order, and they said 2.5 hour delivery time and the driver was on his way….I’m currently at 3.5 hours with no food & no response from the pizza place.
I live 5 minutes away from this pizzeria and I called to make an order for delivery. When I told then my address they told me they couldn’t deliver due to a boarder from Chicago to Cicero. I don’t understand if it’s just 5 minutes away why can’t they deliver to me? I saw all these bad reviews about this place but I still decided to try the food, I should have just listened to the reviews. The girls who work here are rude when we were talking over the phone they didn’t let me speak. I am not someone to ever complain but this was very unacceptable.

This place is horrible. Pizza is never cooked enough. The sauce is disgusting. The wings are gross and so are all the other appetizers. We keep trying cause my boyfriend swears they used to be good. New Years Eve was the last time. Dominos is better than this garbage. Close up already and stop wasting everyone's time.
No mms.1 hour after I place my order,I went in to get my money back,This girl "zielo" went to the back to talk to the manager she came back and gave me my money with out a problem,1 hour for 1 pizza?At the point I Don't care if it's ready,Yall can eat it, throw it away.I don't care.I got my money back. ?
