Worst place ever employees are very slow and care less about people waiting to place order they will just do their own thing and drag in everything even to give you ketchup

Got the wrong food twice in the drive thru and didn't find out the second time until I got home. Called the McDonald's and the manager was rude and irritated with me. After being hostile with me over the phone I told her I'm making a complaint to the franchisee. She encouraged me overly enthusiastically to do so. I also made a complaint to corporate. I spoke to the franchisee as well.I returned on another date and again received the wrong food. We give up on this location, even after getting support from corporate and the franchisee the most basic function of a McDonald's cannot be done.

This was discussing usually it’s ok. But this time I ordered and it taste like the re-warmed the food up. Even the fires wasn’t good I am disappointed!

An online order. did not have orange juice, I told them to return my money, they told me that they could not because it was an online order, I told them to give me something else and there they did tell me that I had to pay extra and that I would move to go ahead, so I told them no, that they should make the drink and give it to me, they made the drink with the legs quite badly, I had to throw it away.

When we arrived we told the person at the speaker that we had a code because on the McDonalds mobile app there was an option to go through the drive thru. The person at the drive thru did not know how to put the code to get our order even though we have done this several times at other different McDonalds without an issue. The guy at the drive thru ended up asking us what we ordered so we told him what we ordered, paid, and I canceled the order through the McDonald's app because we were going to do it the traditional way rather than doing it through the app. A few hours pass by and I end up being charged on the app even though the credit card that we used to pay on the drive through had already been charged. The man who we called on the phone for this restaurant was no help and decided to hang up on me and my mom. The manager should teach the workers who work at the drive how to pull up the information from the McDonalds' app like other managers do at other McDonalds'.

For as long as the line was the drive-thru line it was pretty fast very polite it's not a bad place at all

I don’t expect to be treated like royalty at a fast food restaurant, but I certainly don’t expect to be yelled at through a drive thru window with several employees and managers shaking their heads at me and my husband. Train your managers to have some decency and customer service skills. Sincerely, from a fast food manager myself.

This McDonald's is the worst. It's always something they dont accept credit or debit only cash, then they dont accept the codes from the app because their system is down. The other time they weren't serving breakfast until 6am. They get also my orders wrong and then they get the code that I give them for a free hash brown and they dont put it in my bag only what I order ??‍♂️??‍♂️. This place needs some good management.

These people are horrible, the customer service is extremely bad.When they gave me my order, I asked for a cup of water, they got upset and then they gave me a half full cup open with pink water.

People taking order don't listen & the one giving you your food wanna argue with you about what in their screen and what you actually ordered and when telling them no that's wrong their employee isn't wrong your wrong your the one who ordered what ever their employee says you ordered.. 15 minutes at a window for a happy meal with a coke, spicy mc chicken, a mc double & two small fries... Before they get it right smh
