Tried to redeem points for a McChicken and they insisted I pay $1.83 because they said I couldn’t redeem points without spending money completely incompetent manager working there worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Also the new kid that was working there had only been there three days he was an excellent employee and tried to help out as best as he could.
I went to take a bite of my double quarter pounder and noticed a long blonde hair in the burger! Disgusting! Literally threw up after that!
It was a pretty typical visit. Service was quick. My friend and I ordered separate and both received our food quickly. We ate inside. The place was clean. Bathroom was clean and working.
Every time I've gone to this mc Donald's everything is always crispy hot and delicious. No issue , service 100% the best.
Love the breakfast at McDonalds. My family usually tells me to stay away from this location because of the staff messing up your order and always taking a while. Hesitant at first but once I went in it changed the way I looked at this place. Definitely reccommend going here for the breakfast.

I visited this establishment for breakfast on 5/12/2022. I placed an order for a number 6 and for my drink I requested a medium macchiato with light ice. The individual taking my order told be that my drink will not be filled up to the top since I am requesting light ice. I was caught off guard as I am a paying customer who wants a macchiato and not a cup full of ice. Why am I expected to pay full price for a beverage but receive half of my requested cup size due to my choice of having light ice. I was disappointed and left the drive thru without completing and purchasing my order. I posted this experience to my FB page and other people were just as perplexed as I was. McDonalds is getting out of hand with the way customers are treated.
Always giving away the wrong order or you will have missing food I do not recommend… McDonald’s do better or higher better works this is getting ridiculous always having this problem .
You guys are getting better. Just have that lovely Woman whose the face of cashiering..Tone her voice down just a little bit.
I live in Cicero and I have to buy from here my kids meals sometimes but when I ask for a happy meal they always forget something if it’s the toy or food even the drink and also they don’t give the advertising toy they always give me an ugly one I ask them what was this toy and they just said oh we don’t have new toys ? that is why I’m buying the happy meal for the toy that is on the add you know little kids only wants the toy. I always check my food from now don’t trust them.
