This time was a better experience. It’s very small so it is crowded with ppl. But today service was good and they were on it. I’m not a fan of pepperoni but there’s for some reason I am.
Teribble location! I ordered from the app to "save time" it took 45 minutes to get the notification that my order was "ready". I get there only to be told I have to wait an additional 25 minutes!? WHY?! "Hot and Ready"? Yeah, in an hour and a half to almost 2 hours! Second time at this location. Will not be coming back here at all. It's not gourmet pizza so I shouldn't have to wait nearly two hours for ONE PIZZA!
Made an online order and took them one hour to have my pizza ready!! Horrible service! They make you wait too long! Avoid coming here unless you have the patience to wait for tooo long!
The wait time keeps getting longer and longer. Now you have to pay for extra condiments.
Employees lack common sense and customer service. They’re rude to elderly customers and never load the portal. So if you order online to avoid waiting at the store you completely wasted your time. You will still have to wait once you get there. They also stack 2+ pizzas but make you wait for 1 . They don’t follow the first in first out method that would ensure customers receive hot and ready pizzas as they famously claim.
Horrible service my second and last time ordering in the app. They just approved the order take your money and the pizza it's never ready.
This place sucks, customer service was this little Mexican girl, and I asked her to take my order bcuz the line was huge and she ignored me, I stood there ten minutes than I finally get up to register and she says we’re not taking anymore orders they closed at ten but I was standing in store since 9:48pm…worst little Caesars!
I had ordered through phone and they said it will be ready in 25 minutes and when I went there they had said it would be ready in 7:40.
I ordered only.. one pizza wasn't ready. So after 25 minutes they give one hot and the oder one cold.The staff was rude and always walk away
Got turned around after I told the lady at the register what I wanted she told me she’s not taking orders I wanted four pizzas so I send my wife in to order one she was ready take her order ?
