This placed was nice. But lately the few time I been their the ladys are rude .. they take forever they don't call numbers anymore .. the ice cream not so great I rather go fresher more welcoming michocana

Mande a mi novio a traerme un yogurt pero espicificamente les dijo no piña, ni uvas , ni papaya . me trai el yogurt y solo contiene esas frutas yo no puedo comer ningunas de esas frutas ahora el me dijo q el trabajador asta lo apunto yo entiendo que los accidentes pasan pero que no se pasen y poner mas atención porfavor
One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in town! The fruit yogurts, the granola it's just so good! My favorite is the pine nut, pinion. Every is so fresh and tasty.
Hours online and the door say until 10pm, we showed up at 9:30pm. We tried asking the employees they refused to communicate or even look at us to confirm the hours.Hours need to be updated.

Bad customer service, the fruit was old and the bananas were super brown on my yogurt. They didn't have granola or sprinkles but the lady didn't say anything, she should it mention that before. Her attitude was rude and unfriendly. Worse experience, won't reccomend this place. If you have the crave for mexican snack go to another Michoacana.

It was okay. Hate that I walked in and nobody said your suppose to take a number when someone ask who is next a few people that were in front of me were able to grab a number before I got there so I ended up waiting 45 minutes to grab some ice cream they definitely need more employees.....
