I USED to love this Hoots, so much so that after moving away and not coming here for a while I drove out of my way to get some honey thai chili wings but I was beyond DISAPPOINTED! First their wings shrunk in size, they are like wing dings now. Then I get home and the wings are old! Tough skin, dark meat, OLD! I couldn't even eat it most of it, threw it out, just TRASH!
I placed an order for delivery around 6:30pm and later got a message from DoorDash that my order was canceled and to contact the restaurant. So I called hoots and was told by a young lady that they would help place the order again. From there I was placed on hold several times, at first they would answer and I’d say I was on hold, but then they just kept putting me on hold without saying anything, so I couldn’t even request an update or a refund. After being on hold for *19 MINUTES*, someone picked up and I immediately asked to please not be placed on hold - to please just transfer me to their manager, which to my surprise she said she was the manager. I tried to explain that I was placed on hold with no updates but she was not very sympathetic and said I’d be given a refund and could replace my order after, if I wanted… didn’t even get her name.I have ordered from this location several times and have had mixed experiences each time, good and bad, but this was the final straw. Never again will I, or my family give this place business. I hope they work on their customer service skills so to not waste future customers’ time.
Food was cold and the worker was really rude, saying how do customers no the food not fresh, because we can taste the difference. Like my food ???
I ordered medium Buffalo boneless wings and all I got was dry flavorless wings!!! Contacted hoots and whoever picked up the phone said there was nothing they can do for me. If you do order from this place make sure your wings are how you want them … idiots had one job.
This small pieces are actually consider as wings, I got a 10 pcs and got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets, they didn't bother on adding more chicken nuggets pieces to my 10 pcs wings, horrible !!

Terrible customer service by Jada specifically, who told me it’s their policy they are unable to remake food for orders delivered by third parties. Jada informed me she would speak with her GM Angela, then lied upon calling a 3rd time to resolve their mistake and said only the Alexus was the manager was in store and could not speak with me per policy.. Jada stated their location is so busy she was unable to correct the errors they made in cooking, packaging and double checking to ensure they sent out the correct food. I offered to pick up the correct food and proceeded to argue for 25 min they were unable to remake food to correct their mistakes. So I was left without my food and no refund. Terrible, terrible service from Jada, Alexus, the cook, the saucer, the bagger and cashier that alll missed catching a mistake on their ticket. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend this location.
Coming out the show and with hungry kids you order ahead and plan on your order being picked up on time , I got the notification that my order was accepted and was ready at a certain time , as I’m walking in to pick up my order the girl searches for my ticket and find out they haven’t even started it, when I asked the cashier she had the audacity to say we had priority orders, like my order is not important ? Anyways she said it’ll take 5 min after already waiting 25 min already, I understand it’s late and they want to close to hurry and leave but if that’s the case they should stop taking orders sooner not until 11,
My husband I and I just received our order. When I order wet wings (hot), I expect there to be sauce. These were bone dry, literally flavorless fried chicken (no flavor whatsoever, let alone hot). Fries were cold and soggy. What a waste of nearly $60.00. save your money and go to a real hooters. This place is garbage.
Love their traditional hot wings. Get them double dipped if you love the sauce.
