Falcos is not what it used to be last time I ate it it was ok $7.00 dollars for a slice which is 2 slices 4 years ago is was the shieeznet
I ordered a large pizza as this was my first pizza experience with “Chicago pizza” after giving the cashier my card information she didn’t confirm delivery time or anything , waited over a hour and when I called she gave me attitude that I was mad at why it took so long I then asked for a manager and she was rude , I thought Chicago was friendly , I hope she changes her attitude especially when someone informs that person that she did indeed not confirm the details or delivery time .

I called and ordered a large cheese n sausage pizza a 12 piece wing n ask for a side of buffalo sauce n a side of habanero sauce. I placed my order at 6:15pm n it didn't get to my house until 7:45pm n let me mind u, I'm only a few blocks away my whole order was not hot at all n i didn't receive my habanero sauce so I called n told them my order was not hot n i didn't get my habanero sauce n all she could do for is give me 5$ credit for a 42$ order. my fiance , myself sat n my niece sat down to eat n the wingS we're not cooked all the way they were raw n my niece found a hair in her pizza. Never again will i order from them the girls that took my order was sue. She needs to learn her How to do her job n take classes on customer service.
I love this place. The pizza is perfectly put together great customer service as well, it's well worth my money
I would give this place 5 stars because Falcos has some of the best pizza in town. But, I can not because the staff at this location is unprofessional.
The best pizza I've had i travel all the way from great America if you in the Chicago land area you know how far that is from cicero I've never been disappointed with them

Inexpensive jumbo pizza by the slice. Great on the go, or late night meal. Plenty of other stuff to order from.
