The food at this location is pretty good and the service was nice and quick. They got me and my wife in and out of there.
The BEST Chipotle in Illinois!! Kid you not! The workers season EVERYTHING to perfection!! I literally by pass the one that's closest to my house, to go to this one.
Ordered 3 tacos but instead I received a bowl with the contents of the tacos and 3 tortillas on the side. How lazy is this? Could not even bother to put my tacos together. Is their latest BS policy? Why am I paying $9 for tacos that do not even get put together...?
I will not go to this location again. I placed two orders for two chicken bowls through the Chipotle app for pickup and when I go to the restaurant there was only one bowl in the bag. I told the employees and they said " we don't see a other order with restaurant name" they seemed confused and was asking if they gave my order to someone else or if the order was for someone else or doordash. I kept dying the order was for me and I was showing my order confirmation email and they were acting like they didn't know what I was talking about and kept saying they didn't see another order. Even though I showed proof in my email they still weren't trying to offer to make my order. They were not trying to offer a solution.. just a sorry we don't see it.. I had to keep asking them to make my order and showing my app. Finally I thought that they were going to make my order and sat waiting for 15 minutes and they still didn't make my order. After asking multiple times they finally made my order.
Place is horrible. Waited 5 minutes till someone came from the back. First looked over the corner then ran to the back again, then came to the front counter after 2 minutes saying we’ve been closed and they were out of meat since 8. And due to short staff (4 people) that is the reason why. I’ve never seen or heard of anything more ridiculous in awhile. I’ve run a fast food store with 2 people on a daily basis and I’m not saying that’s right , but we still get our job done 100% NO EXCUSE. Wasted not just mine , but other peoples time because they don’t wanna work.
Horrible experience with one of the girl preparing the food horrible attitude. Gets mad if you can’t hear her also gets mad on her own mistakes. If they don’t want to work there they shouldn’t
I ordered and charged for a steak and barbacoa bowl with rice, beans, salsa, and veggies, but they didn't give any provide any of the meats. The delivery was also 20 minutes later than they stated.
The food was horrible I literally eat this three times a week but this location can not get my money again.the young man that took my order tried to give me old meat that was dry and burnt out , the containers the meat come in needed to be cleaned they were so dirty ?I said said something I should of turned in walked away then but I still ordered my food. He gave me fresh food but They didn’t have any red chili salsa no napkins and no spoons. The worse $25 i ever spent
If you want your burrito bowl they get you in and out and their food is always well done. Never had a bad experience coming to this Chipotle
