This crew working right now is amazing. They're all staying busy. The whole restaurant is clean. Please show your appreciation to these young people. We're very quick to put them down, this team has great patience with us high-maintence customers.
Usually come here because there seems to be no one when I go so I usually get my order pretty quickly. Never had problems with the food. Still a big fan of the chicken fries. I almost completely gave up this place in favor of Wendys and McDonalds nearby but always seems to be closed. Even during lunch hours. Thanks Unity Jr High kids.
I never come here really! This is my third time and the third time she misses something in my order! I asked for hot sauce and she even repeated my order…. Well she didn’t put it in the bag smh thank you drive through girl
Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, once you're the drive thru and cars pull up you cannot get out.They were rude by the time I finally got my food. They did not say sorry about the wait. When I finally got my food, the Whopper looked like it was slapped together, falling apart, and cold. Fries were hot. No ICE in the pop, when I asked they said they don't have ice. Mind you all this, with 3 hungry kids in the car. Luckily, fries are they wanted anyway.But still no apology even at the very end.Take some pride in your work or at least apologize when things start falling apart. We all have bad days, but my last experience with this place wasn't much different. Enough of the excuses BK you're a billion dollar corporation. This is junk service.I won't return here again.Lesson learned.
The two female managers their new to this location but definitely the best ones that have ever been at this location keep up the good work

I usually go Sunday mornings and it’s always so smooth the morning staff is so great and the drive thru girl Katy I think is her name is always so professional and fast. But today I decided to have my daily dose of BK later than usual with the afternoon staff and I’m saddened to say that I will never go to that BK ever again. It took me 30 mins to get my soda and the staff was just so incompetent and rude. Please be sure to tell Katy I appreciated her but after today I will no longer go there
The staff if beyond rude, I was doing doordash and she gave me the worse attitude. I walked in with a couple of other customers and had to wait over 40 min because they messed up. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!
