Horrible service and messed up order twice …. not sympathetic to the fact they messed up … Wouldn’t recommended any one going here

I gave them 1 star because they messed up my order on 3/11/22, they forgot to give the Door Dash driver my second pizza that I ordered and and when I called back to tell them, they blocked me or disconnected their phone. The guy answered and then it cut off .....I had someone allergic to pepperoni and they didn't care to make my order the correct way so the whole night that person couldn't even eat. Unprofessional & tacky ! I ordered 3 stadium pizzas, putting money in their pockets and they didn't even care.
Food has definitely changed, not just price increase but the taste. The taste is everything & it has had a major decrease. The flavor of the cheese is weird I'm not sure what the mixed with the regular or just fully changed the brand of their cheese. The dough of the pizza & puff smell strong like bear & for someone who doesn't like beer it's not very appetizing. The cheese burger is small & tasted freezer burnt (old) they give you over cooked or reheated fries.. just wrong & nasty tbh.
I've ordered here many times over the years. Today I ordered pizza and wings. I'm am very disappointed and baffled at the amount of feathers on the wings. There are so many clusters and it's so blatant. They really just didn't care.
I will never eat from this place again. Order a beef and got sent to the ER for food poisoning. Yes Food poisoning. This place has went completely down hill.

OMG this is the best place I’ve ever had the best beef, I drove a distance to get there however it is worth it. I had the open face beef with gardenia peppers and mozzarella cheese, and soaked very well. The portions are very generous ?I heard the pizza puffs are the bomb so I have to give that a try as well.The staff are very professional and friendly. I wish they would consider getting a 2nd place in the western suburbs. I’m hooked for life. I guess I’ll be traveling back at least 3 times a week ?
I love this place but I think they closed down. Tried to go twice and it says closed. Sad face
