I love the one in Schaumburg but unfortunatly did not find the same experience here. I ordered a gallon of milk tea with Door Dash thinking it would be of the same quality. Unfortunatly they did not even bother with the instructions on the sweetness level. I only took off some points when I initially left a review on DD, but what was most appalling to me was their shady business practices; because I gave negative feedback, the entire review was blocked from posting. If they are so compromised in integrity, it's not hard to imagine how that would impair the quality of their drinks
I ordered a brown sugar boba drink and it was really good. I actually wasn't expecting much to be honest. But the flavor was surprisingly good and I look forward to going back.
The best boba joint in chinatown. Their brown sugar milk tea and matcha taro milk tea were my favorites. Just the right amount of sugar when we wanted 50% sugar. Their boba is also well prepared as it was not too soft nor hard.

Fast service too.We had disappointing experience recently.After waiting for more than 30 minutes, we found out that another customer took our order. The lady attendant did not even tell us what happened.Finally we found out that they prioritized the delivery orders and we did not even receive numbers and receipts.She then prepared our order again, but wrongly! One was supposed to be like chee, but we received raspberry. The other one was not suppose to contain tea, but we received the opposite.
Went today for the very first time and I absolutely love it! The prices are very reasonable and it tastes so good! Definitely will be returning.
I got the elitea signature milk tea and oh man they must’ve put some suspicious ingredients in there. The taste of the milk tea was okay, but after 1-2 hours I felt jittery and weird and then it last for a good 2* hours after that which was weird. My friends tried the same drink before and ALL of them got sick too. There must be something wrong with their signature milk tea. Hopefully it isn’t anything toxic or harmful otherwise that would be a big problem.
My stepdaughter suggested we try this place since the souffle pancakes looked heavenly. Great suggestion! We tried the taro crepe cake and the mango sunshine souffle pancake. The texture of the souffle pancake was so light and fluffy with chunks of mango cooked into the batter. This was really tasty. The taro crepe cake was tasty but we liked the pancake better. In addition my Husband an stepdaughter tried the fruit medley (green jade) and cheesy mango tea. Very refreshing and flavorful.
