Amazing customer service!!! I wanted to eat the whole store!! We bought chocolate covered Pretzels that were dipped in M&M's, & dipped in Reese pieces, & a chocolate carmel sea salt one! Oh my goodness they were delicious!! Like out of this world delicious!! I need more!! We picked a Chocolate & Carmel cashew candy! That was fantastic as well!!An oreo chocolate ball!! Something different, & it was unbelievably awesome!! I spent too much money on chocolate & I'm not mad about it!! Go try it out, you will love it!!
I was walking when I found this shop, and I have no regrets going in! The fudge is the best I have had since I was 13! The two older gentleman were amazing and so sweet! I will definitely be back and plan to become a regular ??
I had the pleasure of being served by the most amazing person here ! Her name is Lola. She is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Made my ice cream picking so easy ! She does her job with a smile and great attitude. Most definitely coming back for the awesome service :)
I walked in and said hello to the person behind the counter and I got a dry hello. I started looking at the ice cream flavors because it was my first time there. As I’m looking at flavors someone walks in. The person behind the counter warmly greeted them “Hey how are you? What can I get you?” Someone else walks in and is greeted the same way. I just walked out, I felt my presence and business wasn’t wanted.

We love Windy City Sweets for a quick ice cream. They also make specialty chocolates for holidays. Their chocolate Easter bunnies are made from a unique and more modern mold. Yum!
Amazing customer service! I ordered a bulk order of about 60 chocolate covered strawberries for an event and they were so juicy and fresh! Best strawberries I tasted. The manager and staff was so kind and made sure we had our order on time and the strawberries were still so fresh and ripe. Thanks again for an amazing experience team!
