Chicken noodle soup with rice absolutely delicious. I ordered club sandwich came with fries and my daughter ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. Very delicious also!

Exceeded my expectations. The fluffiest grits ever, the chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. Highly recommend. This is some of the best late night food you'll find in Chicago!
This place has been open since 1939 which to me is like eating in a museum which I think is pretty cool. My wife and I flew into Chicago on a red eye and was immediately greeted by the Chicago cold weather so we decided to go out for coffee and a late night bite. I ordered a Chicken Philly sandwich and my wife or ordered eggs & bacon with a side of French Toast. The food was pretty good and the customer service was ok. I'm originally from Chicago so I felt right at home but if it's your 1st time visiting Chicago and the restaurant the other guests may come of vulgar which is pretty typical in that area. The fact that they stay open late is pretty cool. We'll probably return.
I've been to the White Palace Grill twice so far. The place is my sudden favorite, known for their scrumptious food, fabulous staff, particularly the waitresses and cooks. I so far have ordered my favorite dish, BLT and fries. The first time I came here they offered me some unbelievable chicken soup with rice, along with BLT and fries. I know Chicago got the best restaurants all over the city, but I will be stopping at White Palace Grill to try more of their food!
