I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but my experience here was very good. Ordered and got my food in about six minutes. Cashier was friendly and nice. I didn’t have a single problem here.
Didn't have a lot of time for this stop on my way through town but I had never been to a White Castle before. I've been wanting to eat at one since the movie...Anyway, popped by and got a quick bite in the car. The burgers (exclusively sliders) are absolutely different, but rather tasty in my personal opinion. They probably aren't for everyone, especially if you don't like onions. That said, I'll recommend them to anyone else and would love to see one open closer to home.
Every so often I get a taste for jalapeño sliders. Service is as fast as it can be, online orders for pick up accepted. This is a busy WC so orders are not sitting, food is hot when u get it. Walk-in is fast as drive thru.
Memorial Day Weekend... Great friendly Staff, Fast service, I ordered 2, yes 2 Crave Cases of cheeseburgers (ok, my brother was hungry) and i was served within 10 minutes !! I slid in and out of the Drive Through .. Excellent Service!!
This is the best White Castle.They recently renovated the place and is clean as fuk.Food is good. Some days the drive-thru is quick but on the weekends the lines can stretched pretty far esp at night, but c'mon it's a Friday/Sat Night you know you have to have food to eat up the alcohol that you consumed and this is the place
I went here Monday night and a lady Amari took my debit card away out of sight and now my debit card information was stolen. I just opened this account and got a new debit card. I'm filing a police report and you better hope those cameras didn't catch doing anything
If I could give zero starts I would!! This White Castle not only serves junk but lacks humanity in each and every employee working there. My daughter went into this establishment after being in a near by car accident shaken and wanted shelter and buy food while waiting for me to pick her up and went in, instead of offering help they kicked her out for the “mask” policy they had in place, they didn’t offer a disposable mask they didn’t offer help, she was a minor and they could care less. You really want ppl like that serving your food? She told them what was happening and they could care less. I called corporate to tell them what happened so they could do better next time and train the young ppl working there properly but I’m sure corporate could give a rats a$$. Stupid cashiers at its finest at that place.
I was at the "Castle" last Saturday afternoon with a coupon that came with my weekly newspaper. Buy one Combo, get one free. I had a “happy chance” experience. A woman walked in front of me into the building and held the door open for me, I thanked her and went to the restroom. As I left the restroom the lady was standing at the counter so I thought that she was helped already so I stood in front of the cash register and a young lady worker asked me for my order, I told her that this lady was next in line and the lady thanked me.I waited for the woman to place her order, then I ordered two combos, one combo for here and the other to go. The woman asked me about the BOGO, I told her that I’m ordering one combo for me to eat here and the other combo was for my neighbor. I said that I have an extra coupon if you want to order the same thing, and she said no I already placed my order.My guess is she thought I was being considerate to buy a combo for my neighbor and she put $8.00 down on the counter and said “I’d like to buy your lunch”. I said to her you don’t have to do that but she insisted that she will pay for my lunch. What a pleasant experience.When I delivered the combo to my neighbor I told her about my experience with the lady, at first she thought I was joking but I said it was no joke. I’ve had people buy me a cup of coffee before but not lunch. You never know what will happen at the” Castle”.
We dined in yesterday for the first time in 6 years.Wow!From the parking lot to the front door to the service counter, kitchen and bath this place is drippin! Clean, successful and cheerful staff what a HUGE change and the makeover looks great. Hats off to all in charge!
The Saturday overnight crew are amazing! I sat here watching them work while 9 people stood in the lobby, a drive thru line around the building and they were magical. So nice to everyone, running their butts off. Just wonderful!
