When it's as hot as it has been lately nothing is better than hanging outside with cold drinks, good food, and watching a movie. The rooftop at whiskey business has a great set up and with high walls creates very private space that separates you from the street noise and all the neighbors.Our bartender made us few delicious drinks to get the party started. I did enjoy the pita / artichoke dip appetizers and both the burger and chicken sliders.I can totally see us coming back here again. I bet watching a comedy on a Saturday in a full house atmosphere is a blast @whiskeybusinesschi
It's a cute little bar. Rooftop has a nice vibe and it's very colorful, music is great and they have TVs for games and stuff. But the chairs outside are very uncomfortable and since they are metal I would assume they get hot sitting in the sun during summer time. Service is great, they are pretty nice. They card you as soon as you enter. But the drinks are watery and the food was old. They fries were soft and soggy, the nachos were very soggy. Sliders were ok and the dipping sauces were delicious. I definitely wasn't worth it the money that we spent. They also like to keep your tab open so you have to give them a card as soon as you order something. Funny thing, they brought our check in an old CD case. Very unexpected.
The drinks were great, the food not so much. The fries were amazing and my friends loved the sliders! The burgers and sandwiches tended to fall apart though.The rooftop was really nice. The place is more of a club than a bar, tbh.
We came to Whiskey Business for a friend’s bachelorette brunch and were lucky enough to have Courtney as our server. She was so much fun all morning and gave great service. She made sure our drinks were always full, asked if we had song suggestions, took amazing pictures of us even though it was cold out, and made the whole experience super fun. It was some of the best service I have had anywhere in years!!!
Good food! They season their fries really well! The burger was cooked just how I like it. They have curling on the roof top. There wasn't any ice on the curling board so it did sound very loud, but had a good time. They have little private enclosed sheds on the roof.
Rooftop is a great place to hang out with friends, highly recommend getting the curling courts reserved as well.Appetizers are a good add on as they go well with drinks.
Whiskey Business is always a favorite to go place. The drinks were amazing, including the bottomless mimosas. And we had the best waiter!!
Such a chill vibe. The downstairs bar tender is awesome, super friendly and well versed. Need to check out the outside next time.

Really fun place!! Swiss chalets the best for private and or for Covid safe cosy space. Food is nice bar food type. Hot chocolate bar was unique and appropriate for the occasion. It is an add on cost as the chalet is too. Which is fine. Our family really enjoyed it!! Wicker Park fun spot!!
