Came here with coworkers for a private event. The catered food was good, service kept our drinks full, and we had so much fun! I’d recommend getting the other game(s) to keep people busy while they are not on the whirlyball court.
We threw our company holiday party here and I have to say you guys, it was a phenomenal experience!I went in on more than a negative mindset but literally moments after I walked inside I felt that "I'm not just working here, I actually want you to have a great time tonight" vibe from every single staff member that I interacted with. That alone changed my attitude and allowed me to enjoy the night.As for the venue overall: very spacious with a few spots to talk quietly with a date but it's still a great spot to bring the whole family, crew and entourage as you sit for some drinks, enjoy some absolutely delicious churros and demolish your boss in bowling!Special thanks to the Servers Ryan and Niecy for playing a more than integral part of making my night an enjoyable experience; these good, hardworking people deserve a raise, or a day off, or both!
Horrible place for a kid's birthday party. You will pay over $500 and the staff are watching the clock to get you our right at 60 minutes. They have reached their limit with kids and it shows

This was our first time going to Whirlyball and the experience was absolutely horrible. I wish I could give this place negative stars! Coming in it seemed like the staff had an attitude especially what looked to be the manager. We came around 6:30-7 on a Sunday evening. Since we weren’t able to do laser tagging, we decided to bowl. Just about the entire time the manager was walking over by us watching us as we were bowling like we were going to take the balls with us or something. From the beginning he made it as if he didn’t want us there at all which is weird behavior. As far as the bowling, I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the reloading of pins that they put us on or what but maybe they need maintenance out there to make that more efficient. Most of our time went to waiting for the pins to reload. My friends and I made the best out of what we could but I will not be going back to this establishment and would not recommend this location to anyone mainly because of the manager. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others. Get a new one!
**UPDATE. THE MANAGER DODGES CALLS ABOUT HER OWN MISTAKES. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Make sure you read any and all contracts you sign. I will NEVER return to this place, and I tell everyone I know to dodge this place. The manager is not kind or willing to even CALL BACK after three months of waiting for a refund. They charge by the minutes for the lanes and it is soooo overpriced- forget the aesthetic, and head to a local bowling alley. I reserved 3 lanes for my party because I WAS TOLD I would 3 lanes for the number of people. My party was short of the number, to the point where a third lane is not necessary- yet they WOULD NOT REFUND ME for a lane that was NEVER touched. This place is so dumb, the manager is rude, the food is not good, and most importantly, they steal your money! Don't go!

To my babies to enjoy they birthday and they had so much fun doing it! I would most definitely take them again the people were polite and understanding and when my baby had an accident they were not rude or anything!
