Haven’t been here in a while. I’ve been shopping at this place since the 90’s. Use to be the best place for blackened/ bourbon chicken with cabbage and spicy rice . Not anymore. The chicken was cut in big chunks. I had to cut it down. The blackened chicken had no flavor , although it was tender. No more cabbage. The rice wasn’t spicy. If you like bland bourbon and blackened chicken then this place is for you. Not me. I’m done. They don’t even deserve a star from me.
Very Good Place They Always Set Out new Pans Of Fresh Food I've Been Eating Here For Year'sI Always Get The Spicy Rice Cajun pepper chicken and bourbon chicken so small,Medium Large Plater you get 2 sides for your meat but they have lots of other things on their menuIF You Haven't Had Them You Must Try Them I Would've Gave It A 5 But The Lady Behind There Sometimes Have A ATTITUDE Also We Don't Get As Much As Food As We Usually Get But Over All The Food is Awesome? Yes I Recommend WAYNE'S??❤️
My daughter ordered fried Catfish is was still raw. Egg rolls tasted like cinnamon. Cabbage no favor rice to much soy sauce. Just wouldn't try again
Can recommend the blackened fish. It was delicious! The spicy rice is filling and flavorful although not super spicy. We also ordered the chicken which was good and plentiful.Cash only. Considering price, quantity, and quality, Wayne's strikes a good balance. May well return for the fish.
Forget the name, this is Chinese food with Jerk or Cajun seasoning. It's not a BBQ or Cajun place. The food is decent, I felt the "spicy rice" was bland and needed salt. The blackened and bourbon chicken was as expected. It's just a takeout place, and the staff is friendly and patient.
Greatest bar b que I had in a while going every month, for now on that's a promise ⭐
Been enjoying their food for at least 20 yrs. I love their blackened chicken and spicy rice.
I had bourbon and blackened chicken which was a little dry. Rice was not cooked well. Veggies were wonderful!
Good food. Pricey
My only complaint is sometimes the chicken has too much fat, and gristle . and they try to slip that short rice for the long grain rice
