Lots of choices, cute place but you can't sit and enjoy your drink which is a bummer! Why are they always out of bubbles (extra fee) and macroons? We got the Mango Slush & Thai Tea Milk both with Jelly - they were ok. Nice packaging ?

5 star for the nice girl in the back that made our drinks. The girl in the back was working hard however, 1 start for the the cashier who wasn’t listening to us and rushing us. The drinks are were good but only 3 stars compare other Vivi locations. They still close the seating area and the tape and signs that says “no sitting” is very not welcoming.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I've been here a few times because one of my friends live near this area and this has definitely become part of my regular rotation.I recently ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (70% sugar). What I like about this place is that the milk tea actually tastes more like tea than it does milk! They've got the ratio down. Anyway, I definitely want to come back and try their other types of tea. They have a lot of options and I haven't heard of some before. I also have tried the taro creme brulee, several months ago, and it was really good! Usually, I avoid taro because many places use a powder and it doesn't taste like real taro, but this place seemed to use more natural ingredients, at least that's what it tasted like to me. And I personally like their boba it is soft and chewy but not too chewy at all.

I was so excited to see that this place had cashew milk! My barista told me it might not foam as well, but he tried it anyway and it was beautiful! I also had one of their breakfast bars (the chocolate chip peanut butter one, I think it was called "Mindful"), which I loved. I was having a particularly rough day, and the employees were extremely nice to me, so points for friendliness! Will be returning.

I ordered Fruit Tea Aloe, which is a mixed fruit flavor tea with orange, apple, ice jelly, chia seeds, and pineapple. It defiantly was a fruit tea with lots of fresh fruit. The apples floated to the top and It was hard to drink. I ended up opening the lid to eat the fruit. If you like toppings, this drink is for you. However, I thought that there was too much going on. Too many different flavors and textures. Even though all these toppings were included in the drink, you are required to add and pay for an additional topping when ordering through grubhub. I would not recommend ordering the fruit tea aloe drink. The second drink that I tried was the Mango Yakult. This drink was very sweet, and it tasted both like a mango drink with a hint of Yakut. This drink is something that I would order again. I added a mango popping boba, which was a good compliment to the drink.

I came here for the 1st time on my 1st day, I felt pressured to decide what to get knowing that I was the only customer there at the time & on top of that I received an attitude from the cashier. I ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea & it tasted super weird!! Usually, I would order my Bubble Tea at the Rosemont or Schaumburg Mall cause they're super good, but this one tasted funky & it did not have any Tapioca cause they ran out of it... So, I decided to give it another shot on the day after ( this is my 2nd time coming in ): I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with Tapioca & oh my gosh?!?! The flavor was nowhere near a Thai Milk Tea would usually that like just like their Honeydew Milk Tea?!?!? Not to mention, the Tapioca tasted old & I looked at it & yup!! Their Tapioca looked old too! Plus, I paid 75 cents extra for the Tapioca to be added to my supposedly Thai Milk Tea. Also, not to mention 1 of the employees was dropping stuff & making a slight mess in the back, so I'm not sure whether or not this place is Sanitary?.... Anywho, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I expected more from them, but Vivi is not all that. They can have a lot of options to choose from, but what's the point of purchasing from this place knowing that they do not taste that great & have old Tapioca? I wish I could have gotten a refund for both of my orders. ( Disappointed )

The boba was great, the shop was clean, cute and employees were friendly. All around great experience. Also they have online ordering which comes in handy if you don’t wanna wait in line.

Best Boba tea store. Boba is chewy the tea's are very good love going here and the macaroons are very good I'll recommend this to a friend when they come to Chicago

I ordered the Oreo crème brûlée with tapioca and it’s literally tasteless. I’m sipping on milk and chewing on tapioca. Not worth the price considering the flavor.

They make really good Boba tea but be warned, Boba tea can be an acquired taste. An easy and reliable flavor of mine to go to at Vivi Bubble tea is the oreo creme brulle. I get it with regular milk. Pretty good Boba tea and good service, I would recommend them.
