It was my first time there. I loved the atmosphere and friendly crowd.
Terrible customer service
One of the best rooftops in the city, if you haven’t been there, what did you even do this summer!?! A must visit in Chicago… in the heart of Old Town and close enough to walk to the beach! Do It!!!!
A fun and entertaining rooftop in old town. The views are great, the food is delicious and the drinks are strong. We got a combination platter for the table and it had everything in it: pizza, nachos, wings, sliders, fries and corn ribs. Well there we also took lots of great pictures with the city backdrop and artwork they had around. Just make a reservation before you go, otherwise you may not get in.
Great ambiance. Don’t use a card it’s an additional fee.
A friend of mine I found this place and told me that there were a lot of outdoor activities on the rooftop there, but by the time me and my friend got there the rooftop was closed the music was banging when we walked in but as soon as we stepped off the elevator the floor was so sticky and full of liquor and some cups around before you can tell that they were very busy however a lot of people weren't dancing it was a Cool vibe for a second I just couldn't get past the mess on the floor. There were so many different culture groups there they played a lot of top 100 you know pop hits but it was cool for for a second it was after 1:00 a.m. I ordered a mixed cognac drink but it didn't taste very good, mainly because I really don't drink ??♀️
Great place to club and get day drinks. Rooftop can get pretty toasty in the summer since it’s fully exposed. Wait staff is on point during brunch. I wish they had some signature drinks that weren’t so sweet but big fan of their over the top garnishes & overall vibe.
Morgan & Brittany were both very unprofessional. Brittany had accidentally charged our tab twice & Morgan was very rude. The managers were better at handling the situation. They need to hire more professional workers who aren’t telling all the customers what had happened when she wasn’t involved. Very unprofessional customer service especially when it comes to me being in customer service myself, they had an attitude right away. The guy manger who was a ginger had sunglasses on the whole time, very unprofessional in my opinion. The only professional was the girl manager.
Party of 4 on a Sunday afternoon. We waited an hour for half of our food, they brought the wrong order at first, and tried to charge for extras like sauce that they never brought.They did partially comp the late food but less than they promised.The waiter was nice and recommended good drinks. Good view but maybe skip the food.
Made a reservation with a big group of friends for two of their "Camp Utopia" tents. The experience we had was truly terrible. We arrived and were told that we couldn't be seated until our full or majority party was there even though we had booked a 6:45-8:45 reservation. Our server came and took our orders and was super nice, but then it took 30 minutes for drinks to come and at least 2 were missing. It was another 35 minutes before the server came back to get the next round of orders. The drinks were super sugary and the complimentary shots were sugar water. The tent decoration was falling off the walls and the single space heater provided very little warmth. In one of the tents, the space heater had to be turned off because it blew a fuse every three minutes. When I spoke with the manager about our concerns, he immediately tried to blame me for having a large party... overall, terrible experience. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
