Went out to an event and first off, this place was a sauna. Overpacked and no ventilation. As for the bar, I’m absolutely no stranger to a night out but the cost of drinks was ridiculous. I don’t understand how you can charge $16 for a shot when the shot glass is a tiny plastic cup the size of a quarter (wish I was exaggerating). It was also dark so buying drinks all night I’m signing the checks away and it wasn’t until later I noticed they were adding a 20% tip for each bill so I was giving them ‘additional’ tips the entire night. Definition sketchy. All that being said, the ladies behind the bar were great and extremely nice offering great service.
This club is the most unprofessional ran club I have ever been at. The bouncers are rude and racist. Saw two ppl who weren’t even employees walk in to the employee only area WEARING SNEAKERS AND TSHIRTS even though my friends got dress coded last time they were here. The drinks are over priced! Paid 25 dollars for one drink could’ve got a meal with that. The only good thing about this club is the bottle girl brielle. She’s always been professional and patient any time I have Came here.. if you lose her this club is truly screwed and I hope it gets closed down. I will be reporting the manager Dave to the better business bureau.
I went to the MF White Party at Underground with some friends and had a ton of fun. Levi was behind the bar taking very good care of us and was so amazing!! Everyone should go visit him!
Brandon is absolutely amazing. We had a group of 10 girls in bottle service and a ton of creepy men were trying to get too close and made us feel uncomfortable. I spoke to Brandon about the situation and he immediately came over to our booth and protected it like we were famous. Definitely made our night feel so much more safe & secure. I appreciate him so much!
My experience was terrible even though I didn’t make it in. My girls and I who are all beautiful African American women by the way were looking for a club to get into because we were from out of state and had no idea what the clubs were like so this was our first one we chose. We had approached the gate and were informed that they were at capacity and that it was going to be a 30 min wait by someone in line. So, all my girls agreed that we could wait. Next thing I know, I see a Caucasian male rushing towards us rudely and highly disgusted by us and says “if you don’t have a reservation or with a party” that we weren’t getting in. We were all offended by how rude he was next thing I know he looks me up and down and frowns his face up and say you have on shower shoes no you’re not getting in( I did have on Gucci slides because I knew my feet would start hurting walking downtown but I had my heels in my hand. I’ve never experienced this in my 33 years of life on my bday. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I recommend if you’re are anything of color don’t even think about going here you’re not welcomed.

If you’re African American, please don’t go to this club. They CLEARLY don’t want us. I had set up bottle service for 12 people, got to the club at 11pm with my group ready to enjoy my husband 55th birthday and they turned us away saying he didn’t have my name down, I showed him my confirmation txt and he says our tables are all sold out. Fine, I ask , well can we just pay general admission , he says no, we’re full, mind you, they just opened up at 10pm and the other bouncer was selling bottle service to a group of white people right in our face. When we stepped away, they were letting all the white people in with no problem, like we weren’t standing there watching. Smh…I have never been embarrassed or blandly discriminated against like this EVER…They shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, the majority of my group was business professional and it was our first time in Chicago. This was on a Saturday 4-16-22 BTW, WE WERE ALL DRESSED TO IMPRESS, that wasn’t good enough, smh
Shameful. I came here on my birthday and had a table reserved. As i approached the door they checked my id, my friends, and then once realized the next 3 african americans where with me they said we where not allowed entry due to my shoes. I was already let in keep in mind. The bouncers looked back and fourth and made random reasons why we could not come in. No refund was given to me. AVOID THIS RACIST PLACE - WE WILL MAKE THIS KNOW
Let in 3 white guys infront of us with hoodies on, denied us access because 1 of us had a hoodie on. I had a button up. The security guard looked back at another as he shook his head and said his manager did not like the hoodie. Most likely racism.We felt so embarrased in line with other friends we met but thats okay. This is horrible
I'd give it a 0 star review if I could. Staff is rude and don't get me stared with the bouncers. What a joke. I paid 150 to ENTER and regretted every moment of it. This isn't a Vegas or Miami club get real guys. There are plenty of other clubs in the area which are way more fun. There's no space here. Being a river north resident I'm sad to say im never coming back here. Place is a joke.
