Walked in on a Saturday an hour after opening, not busy at all. Waiter was prompt and provided house chips and salsa. I had a jalapeno margarita with chicken/steak fajitas. Fajitas were good. The margarita didn't have much heat, but was delicious. The restaurant has a parking lot that is $7 valet. I left a bit after 2pm, and the crowd had picked up by then.

Love this place!! The one of the best Mexican food in the town. Flavored Margarita of the month is always amazing surprise. Large portions, always fresh! Check the North location.

Food was delicious. Our waitress was amazing. You all have to try the grapefruit margarita. Definitely going back soon

We had a lovely family lunch at Uncle Julio. The food was generally very good. We had excellent casadias and enchiladas. The fish tacos were mediocre. The hostesses and servers were charming and professional. The decor was attractive. The location is excellent on North Avenue. Parking was easy

We held our office Christmas party there. Nothing but a good experience. Friendly prompt service and great food/drinks. They even added a few more seats for us when we went over the reservation limit. First class operation. Nice to see great service in today's world. Thanks guys!

The service sucks!! They were exceptionally slow when bringing our food out in portions! The food got cold while waiting for the tortillas. They didn't remember to bring me a spoon. I was waiting for over 5 minutes and still when we requested a manager he took forever to come. He only came because me and my sisters had stood up, we was about to leave since they never bought my sisters tortillas. The manager came then. We told him that they never bought the tortillas and the food got cold. We no longer want any of it. We left and I will never go back to Uncle Julios after this!!

The family came to celebrate my Mother's Heavenly Birthday. She passed in July of 2021. Uncle Julio's was literally one of her favorite restaurants. So we traveled from different distances to celebrate her.. I only gave 4 stars because of a couple things I didn't like about our visit. Issue 1 was we ordered tables idea quacamole and it was never brought out and still somehow made it to the final bill. Issue 2 was the fact that the food seemed much spicier than normal. Issue 3 my fish tacos were falling apart so I couldn't enjoy them. Issue 4 was when it came time for the bill my Aunt had an issue with the bill and spoke with the manager about it. I didn't particularly care for the tone he took with her to attempt to rectify the issue. I won't go lower than 4 cause the food was good, the guacamole order was removed... and valet was swift on getting us on our way.

Horrible service. I asked that there not to be any tomatoes and what does our waitress do? Black beans loaded with tomatoes and the Enchiladas loaded with tomatoes inside with the meat. I told her that I asked her for no tomatoes on my food and all she said was sorry. Unacceptable!!! She should have gotten the manager to come and make it right. What about food allergies people?! Won't EVER BE BACK!

We were attracted by the "handmade tortillas" on the photos. They don't have them. Turns out they are flour tortillas. Other than that, it's ok. Not authentic or from scratch at all. Mexican food does not use yellow shredded cheese. The waitress cleared out to us that this is a TEX-MEX restaurant which is NOT the same thing as Mexican restaurant. We are from Cali and might consider stopping by when ever we are in the area but am disappointed as to what the owners have labeled it as in the description. Food was good. Beans are very good. According to my husband who loves beans: they have a very good flavor thanks to the bacon bits(frijoles charros)

Went for lunch, never been here, never heard about it. Such a wonderful surprise. Excellent margs, food and service. Chips were thin, crispy and came with unique mesquite salsa. Can’t wait to go back!
