The food is great, and it’s so nice to have this option in the neighborhood. However I couldn’t help but notice today that one of the men working there was mean to a young lady also working there. He had intimidating energy the entire time I was in the restaurant and was extremely rude to her when he placed my food down onto the counter/let her know it was ready. Completely unwarranted. I felt bad for her - no one should have to deal with that level of toxicity and abusive attitude at work. Your customers see this and it reflects poorly on you. Be better.
LET ME START BY SAYING THEY INITIALLY THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER, I HAD TO RETURN TO THE PLACE TO GET MY ORDER I PLACED. WHEN FINALLY I GET THE RIGHT ORDER, IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE PANINIS WERE SO HARD YOU COULDN'T CHEW THEM, ALSO THE POTATO SALAD WAS BLAND AND DRY. AT THE PRICE POINT THEY ARE AT AND THE REVIEWS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED.

Great place for some delicious sandwiches. I had passed here so many times before I actually went in one day. Glad I did. Definitely a go to for a great, quick lunch. There a fresh pastas as well but I haven’t tried those yet!
Sat here for an hour and did some work and had the immense pleasure of getting to see how much fun the staff has with each other. Seems like they truly care about each other.On top of that, the Burrata is BANGIN. Will be back for sure!
I decided to cater my family Easter dinner from Tuscan Hen and boy am I glad I did. The Bolognese lasagna was to die for, the Caesar salad was so tasty, and the tiramisu was the perfect cap to the meal. Lorraine even threw in some cannoli--thank you! The whole meal was perfection, and the fact that I didn't have to shop/cook/clean up made it the most stress-free holiday dinner ever.
Amazing place! From the staff to the food (daily menu or catered) you can't go wrong. The fancy Nancy is my favorite thing on their menu. Their Thanksgiving & Christmas catering is out of this world. I always order extra so I have leftovers!
Fresh, delicious food! Love to discover places like this. Great back patio to relax in too. Service was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back to try out more menu items.
Ate a salad for lunch on my break from work today that made me so happy that I felt compelled to write a review because I've loved this place for over three years and if it were to ever shut down, I would simply starve to death. Best tuna salad I've ever had. Sandwiches are well priced and huge. Easily the best lunch spot in the neighborhood. Moved to Logan this year but still work nearby and my boyfriend begs me to bring home sandwiches for dinner regularly. 11/10
