Every time I think to give them another chance, they're closed. Didn't get Bread the last time I ordered. They claim you have to call in but there's always a line. Just tired of it being some type of issue every time. Because I don't trust many places to make Jerk, I'll just give it up. Too much of a headache to time my visit during open hours.
I visited this location on today. I ordered 5 dinners& 1 order of Plantains. I asked for another order of plantains. As I was leaving the store, the cashier said she forgot the last order of plantains. I thanked her & left.. When we got home & opened the food we discovered missing items. We called them and they agreed that an order was left behind. We asked if they could deliver it? “They don’t deliver “ If we have to come back how do you plan to compensate for the inconvenience? “We will give you a free soda” . Really a free soda. Do you know how much gas ⛽️ costs? I will never visit them again. Not because of the food (not cheap over $70 but lack of appreciation support of their business business. I live on the southwest side& this was their error. 1 pop no apology! Their fault you pay!
High quality Caribbean food with short wait time. The cashier was helpful and pleasant, and our food was ready in just 6 minutes. Curry goat was a generous portion and well seasoned. Mac and cheese was creamy, just the right amount. Great for a quick takeout meal for two.
They made a mistake on my order and basically said "too bad". I will not be re-visiting. Jerk Villa is better anyway. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the young girl that rang me up was super sweet. However, the manager needs lessons on providing good customer service.
The service is awful they have you waiting on the phone for a long period of time the food has low quality when ordering the catfish dinner you don’t get your three pieces of fish with the order instead you get half of a piece of fish counted as one plus you can’t buy extra pieces of fish what type of business you know that leaves money on the the table like this that you can’t buy extra fish We must do better as a people of color. I couldn’t never recommend this place to anyone.

Food was awful I ordered oxtail red beans and rice,plantains,and spanich ,4 chicken tacos, and catfish dinner. Everything was Nasty, everything tasted old; oxtail had no flavor,cold and just nasty overall #100 sides nasty too.tacos nasty cold too catfish was okay but nasty too. My first time trying this restaurant and I'll never order again. I'll stick to jerk 48
Dark Jerk Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, rice n peas, yams, Champagne Cola. Go ahead and test yourself to a great meal.Call in only has made this place extremely efficient getting you in and out!!! Keep up the good work.
This was my first time trying Tropic Island jerk Chicken the Customer service was Nice And The Food Was Fabulous, I would Recommend this Establishment To Others
Rice was old and had taste of cinnamon. Macaroni is a no go. Cabbage aslo not good. Chicken was the only thing good.
