A super fun atmosphere and experience! The staff was super helpful for a first time "hot potter" and really helped us choose our dinner. The food was great and came out pretty quickly which was super nice. My only note was that it was really pricey! We did get a lot of food but overall I think it was a little bit too expensive for the food we received; more expensive than some top end Chicago steakhouses!

I had been waiting to try this place for a while and I’m so happy I finally got to!The inside is like it’s oven light show! It’s truly a work of art! It’s sprawling with windows on the East side of the restaurant with very nice views!Upon arrival, the hostesses were VERY welcoming and polite which I really appreciate as I feel it truly is the first impression!Our party of 4 decided we were going to order the Wagyu tasting with the noodle show. At first we were slightly worried that we weren’t going to be satisfied with the amount of food until the server brought out the actual hot pot ingredients! Boy were we wrong! There is definitely a generous amount of food. We did not leave hungry!A few things we really enjoyed:The tasting and presentation itself!The noodle show despite the negatives belowThe atmosphere andThe portion sizes.The chili powder side is AMAZING!A few things that need improvement:The drinks were way too weak! I mean they were really just expensive juices essentially…The server forgot our noodle show and we had to remind him after we were basically done with the hot pot to which he bucked it up to “he ran out of noodles and is making more”… well then why did he perform and serve tables that arrived far after ours? Nobody likes a liar. Just apologize and move on.Then the noodle show guy used one of our guest’s chopsticks to stir our other guest’s noodles ? you don’t do that even when COVID didn’t exist.At the end of our service we did fill out a survey. I will return in the near future to try just the hot pot and see if any of the recommendations were listened to.
First visit here and definitely won’t be the last! From the moment we walked in and through your whole experience there, nothing but friendly and gracious staff. Jack was our server and he explained things very well. We took most of his recommendations. He took excellent care of us through the whole experience. I even took his advice on a drink and it did not disappoint. We had the A5 Waygu Ribeye Cap, pork dumplings, meatballs and dancing noodles. We used the spicy broth, we both got medium and I had to get mine tamed down a bit. With all that food and two custom cocktails our bill was $139.00. We were very pleased and surprised after seeing the reviews and costs mentioned. All the food was delicious and well flavored and the spicy broth just enhanced it all. I don’t usually like meatballs but these were great! My husband is finicky about meatballs and he fell in love with them! And…the dancing noodles was awesome! It wasn’t just a dinner, it was an experience and we can’t wait to go back!!
One of my absolute BEST dining experiences. Everything was perfection starting with the service to the quality of food and entertainment. The wagu dinner experience was beyond words excellent! The vibe is modern and edgy, with class. I would go back for sure.Make sure and order the "dancing noodles" it was a fun surprise!!!! Definitely hit this restaurant while in Chicago, Vegas or LA

I've been to several upscale restaurants and have even gone to Michelin Star restaurants, but this was the best restaurant experience in Chicago! Everyone was so kind and courteous. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was so flavorful and delicious. We got to enjoy the wagyu feast, and the short rib was super delicious. I can say that this was money well spent. The CRA drink was amazing as well. I highly recommend this experience. They also don't play around when they say spicy; the spicy hot pot base was mouth numbing. But it was our fault since we went against the recommendation, thinking we could handle the spice. This was an unforgettable experience!
