Decent place for pasta. We ordered Caballo Blanco and Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare. Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare was delicious. I enjoyed the rich sauce and lots of shrimp, scallops and mussels. But Caballo Blanco didn’t meet my taste. Noodles wasn’t cooked enough and kind of dry, and the sauce was not enough.

They give large portions. Their pastas are so delicious. You will definitely leave stuffed. Their portions are so big that you may not even finish it all. Friendly waiters as well! Overall they make you feel welcomed. It is a must try in the Wicker Park area!!!

I took my friend here for dinner and it was so much fun! We both had been before and I’ve been going all my life so I figured now is an appropriate time to post a review. My family and I have shared many laughs at the pasta bowl locations and the food is just wonderful. My two favorites are the conchiglie gorgonzola and the lobster ravioli. Both are phenomenal. My friend ordered the special of the day and it was so good. I also enjoyed their Paloma drink. The staff was warm and friendly, but at times it took a moment to get their attention. The ambience is typically lively and energetic. This is a comebacker.

Went here just now and the food was amazing. The whole place was nice and the waiter was super friendly. Food was nice and hot super worth the wait

I always come here and the food is delicious. Their pasta is the definition of hot and fresh! Calamari appetizer super good. We ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese and House Farfalle pasta this time.

After a terrible dinner experience at Mirai sushi that left me still hungry and definitely disappointed due to poor food and service quality I got back to my hotel to door dash ANYTHING that sounded remotely pleasant after a v long evening. The Pasta Bowl came in clutch with one of the best salads I've had in a long time, and some really amazing gnocchi that just filled my belly right up. The bread they served with the pasta tasted like it was baked that day. Now its 5 am and I am reheating left overs happily because I fell asleep before being able to finish ??. Thank you for 2nd dinner it was miles apart from my first.

Amazing food! First time trying and the food was to die for. Waited 40-45 minutes but it was worth it! So far the best pasta I’ve tried in Chicago. Will definitely be back.

The service was great, we had a charming and accommodating server! The portion sizes were quite large too. Upon arriving the first thing I saw was a man eating a bowl of what looked like melted cheese--either a sign of great creaminess or heavyhanded cheesing to make up for lack of flavor. Happily, it was flavorful! I got the conchiglie gorgonzola and the sauce was luscious but not too heavy.

If I had to describe this establishment in a couple words it would be “Life-Changing”. This restaurant is truly one of the greatest places I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating in. Being a lover of Italian food, I decided to check this place out after a long day. I was greeted by the smiling hostess who directed me to choose a seat of my liking. I love having choices. Speaking of choices, the menu is phenomenal! I decided to go with the Gnocchi Aurora and boy was it delicious. It was like a party in my mouth! I enjoyed the large portions and will definitely be returning. Thank you Pasta Bowl.

Wanted to try this popular spot out and it was pretty good. It's kind of like a better version of Olive Garden except without the free bread and soup/salad. Had the tortellini crema which was yummy and it was a large portion. Service was nice!
