Im usually I'm a big fan of Maxwell's . But today I received 2 burned chesseburger's. It was so burned I just threw it away.
No in my experience I have never really been the biggest film Maxwell street but the other week my boyfriend got it 1/3 because you wanted to stop there. I ended up eating their cheese fries and within 20 minutes I had in minutes I had straight food poisoning and continue to have it for the next 24 hours let's just say I'll never eat at Maxwell street again this Maxwell street let alone anyone in the entire Earth Or probably French fries for a while.. It always kind of made me uneasy that Maxwell street literally has it ready before you even get your money out of your pocket but That experience was more than unsanitary and long sanitary and I hate yeah hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest to be honest just as I would hope someone would be honest if the tables were challenging honestly if the table was returned and it was my business.
Food is great and prices are good. They even have a homeless guy who harasses you while you are waiting in line for food. Classic Chicago experience.
Love this place been going here for as long as I can remember. And I don't think I'll ever stop coming here. This is my main Maxwell's. They make everything just as I like it and it never fails me.
Their workers are the best and so is their food. I ordered the bone-in pork chop and polish, both with everything (i.e. grilled onions, mustard and hot peppers) on them. Both came with fries. Surprisedly their polish is better than the polish at Jim's Original on Union avenue. It's tastier and bigger. Yes!
BEST LOCATION of all. They got mayo too, other spots don't. Fries are real potatoes fresh cut. They got boneless grilled pork chop too. If they had a grilled chicken, not just a fried, that would seal the deal I wouldn't need to to go no where else!! Sometimes a longer wait depending who works that night but usually they do a good job. ?

At this location I got two hamburgers and with everything on them and it was good service fast mind you it was like two in the morning but I will go back.??
