Coffee was completely water down and bagel was completely tasteless even dough we bought 4 different flavors.
The way the staff is able to serve customers is really awesome. They're friendly, and efficient even when customizing bagels. It's really impressive. Thank you!!
I don't know why people like this place. Its overpriced, the atmosphere gets loud when studying, and I honestly had the worst hot chocolate of my life here. The coconut pulp juice is good, really good, but still .
Need to grab a bite? Worth stopping here for hot sandwich or bagel. Has that city diner feel. And was pretty quick on the order.

The bagels are solid and this is a good place for an affordable breakfast on the go. There is a great selection of bagels, cream cheese flavors, and sandwiches. However, the coffee isn’t great and after a couple visits with subpar coffee, I’ve learned to pick up a bagel and get coffee somewhere else or make it at home. With that in mind, service is quick and prices are very reasonable.
I had a pretty typical order here at Great American Bagel - everything with veggie schmear. The bagel was just okay, in my opinion. I thought it was a bit too dense and did not taste particularly fresh. It wasn't bad, but I'm a big fan of an airy, loose NY style bagel with a nice even and crisp crust to it. This had neither of those things. I'd recommend getting a sandwich or trying another menu item, other than just a bagel.
