I had a great experience. I'm vegan and this was the first restaurant I went that actually had written down all the ingredients in all the bagels, so I was able to see which one I could really eat. Besides that, they had almond milk as an option and very polite people! Thank you! (:

Great place for Bagels inside the airport, but it’s way too expensive. The bagels taste good. But I wish the customer service was good . The service person spoke so quick , but glad she listened to us properly . Other than that it’s a good try inside the airport , if you want a good food.

I got a lox sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. They pre-cut the bagel but didn't cut any other ingredients (visible in the photo), so I had to awkwardly remake the sandwich and manually move ingredients between the bagel halves. The tomato slices in the sandwich were low quality and had no flavor. The cream cheese and lox were alright, but all on one side of the sandwich. For an $11.83 sandwich, it's a ripoff. I'll avoid this in the future.

Less than one star. Rude staff, confused at their own process and overpriced even for an airport. Walk ten extra feet to subway

I wanted just a turkey and cheese sandwich. No lettuce or tomato so it wasn’t too messy while eating at my gate. The person making my sandwich asked me 4 times if I was sure that’s all I wanted/that I didn’t want lettuce or tomato. He was kinda rude about it, like he was making fun of me. Then I get my food and walk down to my gate to eat it and it has tomato (which was messy to deal with) and no cheese. Now I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to mistakes but since he asked me so many times I figured he’d have gotten it right. Service was pretty fast, that’s the only plus.

This was such a disappointment. Layover between flights and needing breakfast. The employees were NOT friendly - and there wasn’t even a line! NO effort to appreciate your business. The bagel was mediocre at best, even though it was slightly toasted. The bacon was burned beyond recognition and crumbled all over the wrapper every time I took a bite. The cheese? Struggled to find it. And the egg did not extend to the edges of the bagel, so I ended up tossing a lot of bare bagel. So I ate my breakfast - in form and substance. But it was not worth the calories, much less the high Chicago airport price. I’ll never eat here again - I’d rather find a McDonalds. Not a great American bagel - more like a terrible experience.

Horrible!!! The bagels are okay not like NJ bagels! The staff are rude and literally put no cream cheese on this bagel! When I asked for a lil more they told me they don't add more if I want more it's $1.44. They didn't even spread the cream cheese on the bagel just slapped it on there. They need some new staff + management cause the manager said the said thing the employee said. Look at your bagel first. Make sure its made correctly then serve. If it was made correctly there would never have been a problem of not enough cream cheese!

The staff working in this bagel shop is, not to say rude, but very unfriendly! I ordered a veggie bagel, which in my mind consisted of low quality ingredients only! And it‘s a way to expensive to charge $15 for a bagel and a soda, even at an airport! I won‘t return!

Pros:1) Fairly fast serviceCons:1)Sandwich were skimpy on ingredients (about half of what you’d expect)

Rude staff, wrong order, bad food, expensive.
