Loved the ambiance staff and food Attentive staff and tasty food Cocktails were also top notch
The Florentine is a go to spot for my small group and individual business entertaining. Food and ambience are great and the service is consistently excellent...attentive to details and unobtrusive to the conversation. Very convenient to the financial district and a welcoming and upscale experience for my guests.
Very engaged waitstaff. The food was presented in a very appetizing way. Food was delicious.
The food was excellent. The waiter and manager/hostess were lovely! Had Risotto and scallops, snow peas, ceasar salad, truffle fries and cheese cake with berries. Waiter was so sweet and brought us a complimentary plate of cookies!
Food was the quality of a local diner. Salt, butter used for flavor. Overcooked. Bread was caked. Focaccia was solidly below average.
I was staying at the Marriott and decide to pop in for a quick dinner. The service was lack lustre, May be they had two large parties going on at the same time. I ordered the pasta and wine combo. Pasta literally had no vegetables and wine seemed like had been opened for a while. I asked to taste the other red option and was told we donât do tasting ! Desert I ordered banana cake and the cake was super hard instead of being moist. Overall a disappointing experience!!
Excellent ambiance, great spot for a lunch meeting. Decent food selection, food was good. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future lunch meetings.
Before you book at the Florentine, that has absolutely fabulous food and service, make sure a private party isn't booked at the same time. The extreme noise level ruined our intimate dinner for two. I had to ask the waiter several times what the specials were until he started looking at me like I was stupid, but I COULD NOT HEAR HIM! I mean, this place has 20+ foot ceilings and it was like eating dinner in the subway during rush hour. Open Table probably doesn't give you the opportunity to find out if you're dining with 100 drunk people across the room, so I would call and find out first. Great food!
Pasta was overcooked and it was expensive in comparison to what you get.
Personally not too familiar with fine dining but this place is nice. The food is not my favorite combination of flavors in general but the salmon was tender and the roasted veggies were my favorite. Staff were attentive.
