Their food is so good on the food truck.I had the jambalaya, crab balls and the fried lobster and crab Po'boy.The people on the food truck are very friendly.Everyone needs to find out where the food truck is and try them.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the Cajun Connoisseur. They are not only an amazing couple, their food is everything. On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, I ordered shrimp and grits from their food truck. I didn't eat it right away. I warmed it up when I got home expecting the grits to be dry and lumpy. To my surprise the grits were super creamy and delicious. The portion was so large, I was not able to finish it. I warmed it again on Thursday and Friday. I just finished it today. Three days later the shrimp and grits were as delicious as they were on day one. Do yourself a FLAVOR and visit the Cajun Connoisseur.
Just had my first 3 The Cajun Connoisseur Food Truck and Catering specials and God they are bomb what makes it happen is the red sauce and cream !!! Hope they are here to stay in Glendale thank you !

Ok, this is the best food EVER! Just delicious. The right amount of spiciness even if spicy isn’t usually your thing. You can’t go wrong with any of The Cajun Connoisseur’s dishes. Five star rating for sure!
I loved this place when it first opened up. The food was great. The last few times I went the resturant was closed when the sign said it should be opened. I ordered the Jambalaya and Jumbo. I had to take both things back. The Jambalaya appeared to be reheated and was cold in the middle. It had clumps of chicken and seasoning on top of my food. The recipe is not the same. I will not being going back to this place because its like playing Russian roulette with my food.
