I’m super excited to get my keys today! I was in a unexpected situation but Kelly made it happen to get me into my place as soon as possible. The building looks really cool with all the amenities plus the access to other buildings! I’m looking forward to decorating my place. Thanks again Kelly! :)

Kelly L was extremely helpful! She was able to book me for a tour days after arriving to Chicago and ensured I was approved quickly! She pivoted quickly based on my desires and even showed me two places. I move into the Bush Temple in 2 weeks and look forward to seeing how that goes; so far, so good!!! Thank you Kelly!
By far my favorite Flats building! I love the location and amenities. Kelly my leasing agent was super helpful and amazing to work with. Definitely would recommend her to anyone else that’s looking to rent here. So happy I found this place.
I love living at the Bush Temple! The building is in a great location, the front desk staff is amazing, and the agent Kelly is super professional and helpful if you are looking to rent here!
The office staff is quick at responding and very attentive to the resident’s needs. Tim is amazing and very communicative, Tony from maintenance is awesome and the front desk staff is a pleasure to have as well.I feel valued as a new resident and much appreciate the help I’ve received from the staff with any issues!
I've lived here for the past two years, and the support staff here feel like family to me! All the front desk gals, Shenita, Kona, and Beena, as cleaning crew, Patricia and Claudia. I always feel comfortable approaching the front desk staff if I need help with something, but they all are just super personable people as well. If I've had a bad day, all I need to do is chat with one of them for a few minutes, and I automatically feel better :). The cleaning staff, Patricia and Claudia, are so hard-working, and truly do an amazing job keeping up with the cleanliness of the *whole* building. I've been so happy to call this place *home*!
I have been living at The Bush Temple since September now and it's been up and down, but mainly up! Love the amenities, LOVE having a Foxtrot in my building, and really appreciate the help of the front desk staff, especially my girl Shanita! Definitely have been a couple of issues with maintenance, but I genuinely appreciate the communication I've had with management since to try to improve these issues. Excited for summer to come around to use the rooftop pool again!!

Shanita is the best receptionist! Always so warm and inviting and greets everyone with a big smile. She is very popular amongst all the residents and their fur babies. She is always very helpful and attentive and living here would not be the same without her.
