I have been living in the area for 5 or 6 years. This is my first visit to here, and I wish I had come and tried way earlier.The burgers are delicious with HUGE high quality Patties. The price is great for the burgers they offer. It is like, you are paying at a five-guys price for a 1.5x delicious and size of five-guys burger.I will come back often.
First time dining here yesterday and I will definitely be back. The service was great, all staff was friendly and the food was really good!! They have plenty of different types of specialty burgers to choose from along with building your own as well. In order for the place to be considered top tier, you have to have really good fries too!! Needless to say, the fresh cut fries were really good and they are not stingy with the portions either!! My only negative mark I would give for this visit, is I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it was past well done. I'm sure it was just a mistake by the cook, because my friend asked for medium and his was cooked properly. All in all, great place with excellent options, food and customer service!!
We decided to go here on a whim because the burgers sounded good and it was well worth it. The staff/ owner were super nice and helpful and the food was great. We all got different things (dirty south, gob-father, and classic) and all were super satisfied. The ingredients a super yummy and worked well together. The fries were also delicious. If you are in the city and want to stop somewhere for a good burger for a good price, check it out!
This was my first time here and it was SIMPLY AMAZING. The manager or maybe owner, Michael or Scott or Michael Scott was professional and knowledgeable but made me and my company feel so comfortable. We were even checked on half way through our meal which in itself was FRESH, HOT AND TASTY. I never considered myself a burger gal until I dined at the Burger Point and now I'm gonna make it my mission to tell everyone I know about this place. Appreciate you guys so much and I will be back!
I used to give it 5 stars. Everything was perfectly cooked and the different versions of burgers were awesome.. Food was prompt, especially if you ordered online and came to pick up.. Recently it's changed though. All of the medium burgers come out well done, and eand even if you place an order and pay online and come 15 minutes later, you still have to wait 15 additional minutes to get your food and hope that it's right. Customer service is great though. The owners are awesome, I think they're just overwhelmed though. The food though, if you get one of those burgers like they say it's bomb. The sweet potato fries... love them!
I was very disappointed with my order. I'm allergic to avocado. So i asked the man at the register to not put it on my veggie burger. I didn't know the burger was only a flat potato with pieces of avocado in it. It didn't look nothing like the advertising. Also i asked for sweet potato fries with cinnamon. To add to my disappointment someone thought it was okay to put salt and pepper with cinnamon and sugar on the fries. I threw the whole meal away. I started to go back get a refund but i decided not to waste my time. This was my first time ever going and it's my last.
Always love The Gobbler. That's my go to for comfort food. I called in on a Saturday night and was told a 20 min wait. I would give them 40 mins as they were packed. The pound cake they sell is good as well.

My most recent order was through Grubhub. The food never arrived. I reported it to Grubhub. Half an hour later I got a very apologetic call from the owner. Apparently their machine got jammed and my order never got printed. Michael, the owner, called me on his personal cell phone and offered to send my order free of charge upon request. I never took him up on his offer because with this pandemic times are hard for restaurants but I really appreciated him following up. The burgers here are excellent. I've ordered several times. I love that you can get any one of the options as a turkey or chicken burger as well. The fries are SO good and giant sized. We usually have several leftover which we incorporate into breakfast burritos the next day. 5 yummy stars.
