This is a lovely neighborhood bar and fun for a casual dinner. It can get packed so I'd recommend coming early for a table outside (inside was easier). The atmosphere is really nice and I'd definitely come back.The food was pretty good and even though I didn't personally like the drink I ordered, it was well made and my friend liked hers. Fun spot!
Used To Be A Nice Place... very sad to go there now. They no longer have their outdoor seating. A waitress sat me inside, asking if I had been there before. Indeed, I said yes...but it had been some time. Waitress said..order using the menu and left my table . There is no wifi. One has to open another app, create an account with a password and enter you cc info...all before you even order. Its a ton of work to place an order. I left. Why are there wait staff if they won't take orders? Humiliated and never going back again.
Love the beer selection and ordering system here. You order on your phone and they just bring it out. Doug is great and had a really great time bantering with him.
We went there today. We arrived around 7 pm. Just 2 people. It was just 2 single and regular hamburgers what we ordered. they got us the drinks. But no the food, and we just wait for it of course we knew it it would take some time. But we waited for 1h and a half!!!! And others people arrived later than us and they received their food before us. The point is that they never gave us the food! So, we had to ask for a refund (just the food of course) and leave. But it’s insane. I also think it’s probably that they didn’t give us our order because we’re Latin and of course talking in Spanish. We wonder this, because we saw how they gave orders to 3 different tables which arrived after us but they just ignored us and never gave us the food!Really bad experience! First and last time there!
Good burgers and beer. When the weather is good, they have outdoor seating and they open giant windows on the front of the place. The kids also like it here.
We went for brunch on Saturday. They were short staffed and still gave us great service. The food was good. We started with chips and guacamole then had breakfast bagel sandwiches, chicken sandwich and Bob's brunch bowl. The chicken sandwich was the least favorite. Overall good place and we would go again.

Infatuated with the Toast Tab ordering system at Bar on Buena. When you get seated you scan a QR code, and create a tab to place orders. You can submit multiple orders on the same tab. Anyone at the table can join the tab, and at the end you can pay together, or select the items you want to pay for. Easy!The server is tentative to the tables even with the self-sufficient Toast Tab.Beer suggestion if you enjoy dark bock lagers - get the Lifesblood by Old Irving Brewing. It goes great with a cold day, and French fries!
One word... comfortable. Nice neighborhood bar tucked away on Buena. Lots of local regulars. Great outdoor patio seating when weather turns nice. Great menu and great pub food. Thumbs up.
Great food/drinks. Incredibly friendly staff. And one of the smoothest in-bar ordering systems I've seen during Covid.
