Bagels and coffee are all amazing! Some of the the staff are hit or miss. Some are really polite, some just seem annoyed to be there.

Great bagels! Could use. Little extra meat on the scrambler
We ordered bagel sandwiches which were not delivered. We ordered through the Bagelers website which apparently is delivered by DoorDash. We contacted the DoorDash delivery person and she would not redeliver the sandwiches. So then we tried calling the Bagelers phone number. The only number to contact the Bagelers was temporarily unavailable at that time so we went to the store. The manager was unwilling to do anything to resolve this situation. She said we needed to contact DoorDash which we did. The result was DoorDash says it is the Bagelers responsibility and the Bagelers says it is DoorDashes responsibility and we spent $30 and received no food. The manager at Bagelers was rude and unhelpful and the whole experiences was diasappointing.
My friend Kelsey took me to this lil hole-in the wall coffee shop. It was giving off hard-care Chicago, IL City Vibe. I fell in love with it instantly. People are always nice. Coffee is really good. Check it out!
What a bad experience! We order 2 house special bagels and a regular one with their homemade spread. They deliver 2 of them but not the other house special. The Gardener that I order fit exactly in the little plate and when trying to grab it, it fell down all over me, a bigger plate will have solved that. When I was half way eating it I go and ask for the other house special we ordered and they totally forgot about it! They guy in the register gave his apologies, but when leaving I expressed to the lady that I was mad because of the service and about forgetting our food and waiting so much for it and she said “oh is that we are really busy”, no apologies at all! I’m sorry but that’s no excuse. Other places will give you a free drink or whatever to have that client happy. I’m not wasting my money in places where the service is mediocre. Not coming back!
I was looking for gluten free bagels and this place came up number 1. It was out of the way but I haven't had a bagel in such a long time. When I got there, there were no GF bagels which was frustrating and sad but I knew it wasn't their fault. However I tried to show the owner the google search and she wouldn't even look at it. After driving there I got my husband and bagel and myself a coffee $17.58. However I was terribly offended by how rudely I had been treated. I was trying to help her fix the Google listing to prevent future problems and she just snarled at me. What a shame!I was not upset that Google misdirected me. I was angry that I was treated so poorly and that they did not care that Google was misdirecting people.
Bagel sandwiches and coffee are good but pretty expensive.My biggest complaint here is for cold coffee they just pour hot coffee over ice which makes it watery and tasteless.No coffee shop should be doing this any more c'mon.
Best bagels I’ve found in Chicago so far!! I willingly walk 30 mins to get a bagel here even in the winter. Highly recommend the salt bagel
