Sarah was extremely rude and on the phone talking the entire time I made the order. She then tossed the bag of food at me and didn’t even say thanks. Extremely RUDE. Won’t come back there besucase of her Terrible customer service

I don't understand why the reviews are so high. The restaurant really isn't that great. Most of the customer service is really bad and rude. The food is decent. Although sometimes they will put frozen packaged fries in if they are in a rush. The restaurant itself is in need of a major makeover it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 70s. I wouldn't recommend going here

The 1st good experience in a Chicago eatery for me.Everything was perfect and my wife and I enjoyed our meal here a lot more than we did at other local restaurants which were a lot more pricey.

Very reasonably priced, - eating dinner as a family of 7 cost me about 67.50. Great spicy fries, best onion rings I've had in a long while. My kids prefer pizza in New York, but it was quite reasonable here.Nachos and chili were very good together, soups and cheese sticks were ok but we could likely have done without.Nice service, good kind last at the counter, - kids changed their minds a couple of times, she want annoyed at all.
