I ordered food online and was called by the owner shortly after and informed they were out of food due to an event. It has been over 5 months since and have yet to be refunded despite reaching out numerous times.
Delicious Margaritas and Empanadas! Can’t decide which I love best…spinach, nopalitos, or carne guisada!
Stumbled upon this hidden gem on a side glance out of corner of my eye as we were driving by. Circled around and are we glad we did!! Amazing little garden style spot complete with live music in the evenings. Handmade margaritas and the best molé!! Small family run spot and everything was great!!! Go tonight, you’ll love it!! Toss Pabló the resident blue macaw a peanut and say hola!!
Amazing place. Best margarita's I ever had. Got to put the parrot on my shoulder! Yes I said Parrot, like the bird. So sweet. Great atmosphere!
I stopped in for an afternoon snack and had the chicken mole empanadas. My goodness they were delicious. We live nearby and will be coming back! They were smoking a whole pig on Wednesday and do live music on the weekends. Looking forward to it!
Hilariously terrible service. Our party of 7 waited over a hour for drinks. By the time they started bringing them out, they could only bring 1 or 2 margaritas at a time due to having no ice. We never received food and we never even had water brought to our table. This seems like an understaffing issue from terrible owners. Every time I went inside to use the bathroom everyone was just standing around.
The best margaritas in town!
All the empanadas are great and the margarita and sangria are top notch. Also the owner roy is an awesome person.
I live right across the street from this place and I am so happy they opened when they did! I really like the empanadas here, the beef and bean one specifically. Orders come with a very nice, bright salsa that really adds to the overall enjoyment for me.They have a really gorgeous patio, from which I heard some lovely acoustic guitar and singing the other night while I was walking by. Staff is very nice and all around I think this place just rocks.
I agree with “hidden neighborhood gem”. Unique place - more creative than typical “Texmex” with an entirely separate mix of BBQ options. I’ve only had Tamales so far and they were superb (and I’m a transplanted Texan) (note that the Tamales travel better than other Mexican food for takeout purposes). Great patio. I’d like to see chip-forward appetizers for summer on the patio. This place deserves to thrive
